I didn't like that they don't issue guests with water all their days of stay. They issue water just once. The hotel doesn't have dental kits.... They didn't separate shampoo from bathing soap, so you don't know whether you are using shampoo to shower. They did the bare minimum

The people in the restaurant were fantastic, the garden is wonderful. Internet is slow and available only for one device. Bad smell in the WC and intermittent water in the sink. No preparation in advance.

Nice and respectful staff. There was a foul smell in the bathroom, so I mentioned it to the manager and asked to be moved to another room. Another detail: the towels were damp before use, which did not give us the comfort of a hotel, and the TV did not work either.

They have an excellent location, nearby to the beach, 10 minutes by walking. 2nd line from the beach. The room was more than plenty spacious and everything was clean, looks like all rooms are same style and space. Aside from the restaurant, there is a toilet with shower perfect to clean sand out when you come from the beach, it helps to have your room clean as much as possible. The breakfast was included within the price, variate and good in quality. They have hot water for shower. There is a swimming pool and it works from 6 am to 6 pm. Despite of the electricity in the whole island is intermittent, the AC works perfectly and every time when the power came back, the AC started to work automatically without assistance. The staff is nice and friendly. The place is nice inside and we highly recommend for a vacation. The electricity is intermittent but we saw from the balcony it is everywhere same.

When the electricity went out, the generator couldn't run the air conditioner and we couldn't sleep because of it.

The hotel is just a walking distance to the beach and the main road. Their breakfast is my highlight, it was the best breakfast I had throughout my east African holiday. Although I did use, the pool was clean. The room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed. Overall the staff is friendly, just a few who can be a little bit more welcoming. There was some construction going on, the first impression wasn't good. The exchange rate they use if you are paying with a local currency in insane, a total rip-off. It's best to book and pay online if you are not using US dollar. Our toilet wasn't flushing but I can't fault them much since we didn't report it. The wi-fi is quite weak and there's frequent power cuts.

The location is far from the beach and breakfast isn’t good. During breakfast people were making maintenance work on the garden, creating a lot of dust and very loud noise while the guests were eating.
