Everything , location bad, the premises are so outdated, it's not what they show on the website, the road to the hotel is too too bad

It’s quite Power cuts

I didn't like the construction noise around and the dusty stoned ways to the beach. For me, it was too much walk under the heat, and by night, a big part of the way back lay in total dark, no street lights.I used my phone to not stumble over the stones and gravel.

The pool is clean anytime Nothing everything was nice

Relaxing environment, and staff were very friendly.

Tv is the only thing working I didn’t like big deception not clean insects everywhere even inside my room also lesard, AC not working, small bed, horrible experience also very poor breakfast I will not recommend at all

The staff were fantastic. They had good recommendations and helped us book taxis and tours as needed. They were were always going above and beyond to accommodate us.

The host were exceptionally friendly.

We were not the biggest fans of the bed as it was quite loud whenever you turned or moved a little, that's something that could be improved!

Excellent Everything

Great location, gorgeous decor around the outside and pool. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Guy at reception insisted he carry our very heavy bags up to the top floor. Olga was brilliant. So friendly and helpful. She arranged an island tour and gave us reliable drivers numbers for taxis to and from the full moon party and to the airport. She also noticed we were spending time with some of the locals and text us to ensure we were safe and to be careful. She didn’t need to do this but we were glad she gave us a heads up. Location was great. 5-10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. 2 min walk to the main street too to get cheaper food and water. Refreshing juice upon arrival and breakfast was lovely. Key was too big for the door so didn’t lock when we were inside at night. Also room was never locked when they cleaned it. We had passports and money in the room so when we came back from a day out to find our room was open it wasn’t great. Aircon wasn’t the best so room did get very hot at times.

Exceptional

Very nice staff, cleaning every day Location wasn’t the best, not safe to go to the beach, far from bars and restaurants. Very little light in the room and the room itself was too small for 7 people. Poor breakfasts.

Very nice hotel for good prices with super nice staff. They help you with everything, tours, laundry, fixing you bag (had a hole in it). The door man (forgot his name) is the best ! He is very very friendly and does most of the work. The door was broken when we arrived but they repaired it very quickly for us. The smell in the rooms … it is not mold it is the insect repellent they use on the nets. It’s not bad at all once you know what it is. They could improve by making the rooms smell better tho. The location is not great, it’s a 10min walk to the public beach over small unpaved muddy roads, for us it was fine even at night your safe but there were other tourists that did not like this.
