The toilet had a leak and was out of service for the entire day. We informed the staff promptly, but no repairs were made, and no alternative solution or room was offered. As a result, we had no choice but to check out a day early and move to another hotel. This was very inconvenient and disappointing, and it significantly affected our stay.

Great location that’s easily walkable to many places and an amazing staff who is willing to go above and beyond. The amenities (games) could use some updates.

Great staff. Super accommodating! Location was pretty good. The place just reeked of must & mold. Lots of families with kids. You had to go across the street to their sister hotel for breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay at Golden Hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff who were always happy to help, and the location in Nungwi is hard to beat — close to the beach and everything you need. Nothing over the top, but exactly what you need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Good value and would recommend it to anyone heading to Nungwi. Nothing

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very nice, the staff are super keep and helpful, the location is just 2 min to the beach, the swimming pool is great and the restaurant is really good. A perfect place to stay to chill and relax. It was so nice that I extended my stay.

The rooms are neat, the staff are helpful and kind. I was upgraded from Golden Hotel to canary Hotel (the parent company) My room was decorated beautifully on my birthday, I was offered a cake and music with no extra charges. I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was quiet good

The hotel has a great ambience, clean environment, spectacular staff and a mesmerizing experience. Shout out to Aida, at the reception for her warmth welcome. The breakfast is top notch!
