Easy to get to from airport. It was clean, quiet, excellent staff.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the room was spacious. Parking is very close by and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Location was also great. We found parking a little expensive on top of the stay and we have an electric car and the electric charging stations were not available at the moment.

The hotel is in an exceptional location, just a 2–3 minute walk from the Central Train Station (Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof), making transit incredibly easy. Access to the beautiful Old Town (Altstadt) and the city's main attractions is just a short, pleasant walk away. Despite its highly central location, the surrounding area is remarkably quiet. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated with modern touches.Excellent window isolation—zero noise from the busy streets outside. The bed and premium linens were of top-tier quality, ensuring a truly restful night’s sleep. The in-room espresso machine and high-quality bathroom amenities added that extra touch of luxury that makes a stay memorable. First impressions always begin at reception, and the front desk team here delivers a masterclass in professionalism. Both check-in and check-out were swift, seamless, and handled with absolute courtesy. The entire staff was consistently warm.

Car park is a total nightmare. Getting in and out has a 50% chance of damaging your car. The only reason why I have booked a different hotel for next year Rock im Park

I was here on bicycle. They were very accommodating - allowing bike in room. The room was nice size, clean, and hotel is in a good location. I'd stay here again

It was clean, reasonably priced, and within walking distance to the train station. The air conditioning did not work and the days were 95 degrees. We did not open the window because we were in the street front and the traffic was loud. Both nights sleep were extremely uncomfortable .

Would absolutely come again even for the breakfast alone! :) You'll have all the options you need for a experiencing a perfect and memorable breakfast during your stay in Nürnberg! The safe was not working from day 1, which we immediately called the reception and a lady came and checked it, even changed the battery. but she could not fix it and told us that she would convey our issue to the the colleagues. Until the date we checked out no one came again and followed it up. So we didn't have practically a safe to be used which we had to carry our valuable items every day with us to the city. Our room was facing the street, and the tram noise was heard even with the close windows during the night. so if you are sensitive to the noise, kindly have this in mind and maybe you can reserve a room facing garden. potentially it could be less loud (I assume)

Extremely thoughtfully laid out amenities right down to the door automatically opens into garage when your moving your bags to load. Super bed, clean, kind staff, wonderful choice!! Everything was perfect
