The staff are so friendly. I loved the banana pancakes for breakfast. The room was always cleaned and smelt fresh. Water and new towels everyday. The garden area was tranquil and calm and you have your own little balcony. You can organise pick up and take back to the airport, but give your arrival and departure times in 24 hour time to avoid confusion. It rained while we were there so it would have been nice if our TV was connected to an aerial so it would work.

Our host Wayan and Ayu went out of their well to see to it that my family had the best experience. They took good care of us from checking in to planning outings at very competitive prices to ensuring that we don’t get taken advantage as tourists

The serenity of the gardens made my stay so peaceful and calm. The breakfast that was included was perfect for my requirements - scrambled eggs, potatoes and vegies followed by freshly cut fruit. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The positioning of the hotel was perfect, just a one minute stroll to the main street so all shops and restaurants were close by. Definitely will consider returning to this place again. There was nothing I did not like. The place was great!

The room was basic and adequate. The gardens and pool area were lovely. Staff were lovely and breakfast was good. It was peaceful and quiet. The bathroom was tired and needs updating. Cracked glass in shower area. Unpleasant smell when running water and shower. Water from roof penetrating bathroom when heavy rain, in both rooms we booked Three lights (veranda, bedside light and one bathroom light over mirror not working) in room 9, and the lock to room was difficult to secure.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is very tasty and we liked it a lot. Bike rent can be arranged at the reception desk which we found very convenient. Good water pressure. Territory is beautiful and peaceful. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Room needs some serious repairing. For example, tap next to the sink was nearly holding, found it wiggling. Head of the shower was broken too and sink had crack marks. Pool could be colder, it is very warm and you can hardly refresh there.

Comfortable beds, staff were nice although didn't speak english. Room did not look like the pictures on the site. Place was unmaintained, rundown and down an alley and laneways so a little scary at night. Linen and towels were stained and dirty. Inconvenient power facilities, couldn't use the tv and have the fridge on as there was only one power outlet. My mum and I only stayed one night out of our 7 booked, we did not receive any refund or compensation despite leaving due being very disappointed with the place.

Extremely friendly and professional staff - Ayu is the best hotel manager ever! Very comfy rooms, spacious, clean. Hotel is situated in the garden, very peaceful, great atmosphere! Great breakfast! Amazing approach toward the hotel guests! We will be back!

The staff were so warm and friendly. The hotel was small and had a family vibe. Plenty of smiles at any time of the day or night. The room and bathroom were extra large. Well maintained gardens and pool area. Just a short stroll down a well lit lane way at night brought you to the main roads for shops, restaurants and waterfront. Being off the main road, the hotel was super quiet. Nothing to not like.

Close to restaurants, pretty gardens We booked via booking.com and put in all information about how many guests and paid 5 weeks prior to our arrival. I was asked if I’d like to be pick up from the airport which I said yes. We agreed on a price for this. Upon arrival no one was at the airport to pick us up so we caught a taxi. When we got to the hotel they didn’t even know we were coming. They asked for proof of my booking so handed them my phone. We were put in 2 rooms with a queen bed in each and no extra bed as requested. The next day I was told if I want an extra bed I needed to pay for it and for the 5th person to have breakfast even though I’d already specified there was 5 of us when I booked. Was asked to show my booking again the next day. How did they not have my booking?? We didn’t feel very welcome the first 24hours
