We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Nusa Dua for 5 nights and celebrated my birthday here. Everything about our stay was perfect! The hotel is brand new, with modern facilities, stylish rooms, and everything is clean and well maintained. The staff were amazing - always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer all of our questions. They made my birthday extra special by surprising me with a birthday cake and a lovely song during breakfast (a special thank you to Rahayu from the restaurant for making my birthday so memorable), and they also beautifully decorated our room. The location is another big advantage. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, massage places, and money exchange offices nearby. We also really appreciated the complimentary late check-out, which made our departure much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

The included breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant. the room super comfortable, especially the aircom. Also, the amenities - gym, tele channel choices. nothing.

The hotel has everything you might need: a gym, pool, restaurant, kids’ club, and plenty of both relaxation and work areas. The staff and service were excellent. I had an important online conference and needed a stable internet connection, so we chose to stay at a hotel instead of a villa for a few days. It turned out to be a very comfortable stay for us. The only thing that disappointed me was the beach. It is difficult to find, not very well maintained, and there was quite a lot of trash.

Best service, great amenities, clean hotel overall. Breakfast buffet also had a great selection. This proves that the hotel doesn't have to have a lot of fluff to be excellent. Amenities are only gym and pool but both had excellent quality. Definitely coming back!

Super friendly staff, spotlessly clean room, great pool Would have been great if there was a spa attached to have a massage later in the evening but in fairness there were a few only a few hundred meters away

The air conditioning was sometimes too strong; even after reducing the fan strength, it still blew strongly toward the bed, but overall the situation was manageable. ?

Breakfast was delicious, pool was clean and well-maintained. Especially, we would like to thank the kids' club staff for engaging children in a lot of different activities

Decent Breakfast but with a bit limited options compared to hotels with similar ratings. Pool was good rooms were fine with comfy beds and pillows. Night time shift staff was very cooperative and went out of there way to provide assistance. Hard to communicate with training staff (day time). Also; i din knew that Hilton operates under different names i confused Hilton Garden inn with the HILTON Hotel in Bali. Restaurant closes at 10 pm and it was a bit of a problem to arrange dinner when checking in late night (Reception staff was helpful in recommending places outside the hotel).

Everything is on top level and please put more halal meat options for breakfast as there are thousands coming from Uzbekistan and they eat halal meat for breakfast.

The place is located near many tourist attractions. The staff are exceptionally welcoming. The breakfast is great and delicious.

The hotel was brand spanking new. Breakfast was really good and simple. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Especially Sri at the reception was very helpful. Location was great. A very short walk to a beautiful beache. One of the rooms had a bad odor but they changed it for us as soon as they could. They did not have any taxis to pick us from the airport but that was not a deal breaker.
