Mulia Villas offers an upscale holiday experience, highlighted by exceptional butler service and exquisite dining at Soleil restaurant. They went above and beyond by providing complimentary ice cream vouchers for both of my children. The stay also included a delightful afternoon tea, which was a wonderful bonus. Each villa features its own exclusive private pool for ultimate relaxation. The ocean view from the room was practically nonexistent, and the pricing overall is definitely on the high side. Additionally, the spa services were noticeably pricier compared to market price.

The location was outstanding, and choosing the villa option was by far the best decision we made. It gave us a completely private experience for our family. Having our own private pool and secluded space made all the difference; it was quiet, peaceful, and the surrounding scenery was simply stunning. Housekeeping was exemplary throughout our stay, with attention to detail that matched what we'd expect from a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectation. It lacked flavor and depth, which made us feel the ingredients or recipes used weren't up to the standard one would expect from fine dining at this level. It felt like maintaining culinary excellence wasn't a priority for the team. We also noticed that staff, while trained to smile constantly, came across as somewhat rehearsed rather than genuinely warm. We missed a more authentic, human connection during our interactions. Lastly, we found that virtually everything came at an extra cost, with little to nothing complimentary offered throughout our stay. For a 5-star property, we believe these are areas that deserve quick attention. Guests paying premium rates should feel that the value fully matches the experience, from the quality of dining to the warmth of hospitality and the overall sense of care in the details.
