Each individual villa is beautifully appointed. Each villa was spacious with plenty of places to relax. The star was the pool. Perfect for a dip! The onsite Spa had many wonderful treatments. The staff was very thoughtful, friendly and accommodating! Beach access too! Close to many great restaurants and resorts. Loved the free shuttle around Nosa Dua. The only slight downside was the proximity of some villas to the roadway. During my stay I could hear loud motorcycles etc driving by the busy street.

We loved everything about the property and the staff. We’d absolutely come back here again. I don’t know what it’s like during peak season, but when we visited it was the off season and there weren’t many guests so the service and attention to detail was impeccable. The food was also delicious and we ordered room service several times. My one “complaint” - although it’s more so a friendly reminder for future guests - the doors aren’t sealed so you HAVE to properly use the mosquito net around the bed. Otherwise you’ll risk getting bit like I did.

Luxurious and spacious accommodations with friendly service. No direct sea view or access.

The property is well located, and access to Canna Beach Club is definitely a plus. The private pool is quite big, and we also enjoyed the outdoor bed, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the perfect experience, despite the very high price we paid for 9 nights (almost €3,000). Since we came directly from another 5-star resort in Ubud, we could easily compare the difference in quality. First of all, the main door knob fell off the very first time we tried to lock the door (though it was repaired quickly). The sliding doors to the pool and garden were almost stuck; my wife couldn’t open them at all, and even I had to struggle. They attempted to fix one in the first days without success, and only after 6 nights was one door properly repaired. During rain, water entered the bathroom beneath the glass wall. The furniture feels outdated and gives off a strange odor (including inside the wardrobe). The main wooden room door was also broken, even the staff sometimes struggled to close it properly. The garden walls show clear water infiltration damage, with sections falling apart and stained black. Breakfast was generally good, but not always exactly what we ordered. On the positive side, the staff were always kind and helpful, and we know it wasn’t their fault. However, overall, we don’t believe the experience was worth the money, considering the standard expected from a 5-star property.

The location is in a prime area and is easily accessible from almost anywhere around Benoa. The rooms are also very spacious and feature a generously sized pool. The breakfast is subpar compared to other villas around Benoa. Additionally, the gym is not well-maintained; the equipment is old and slightly rusted.

Yanich Manager was great...breakfast great not on beach but became insignificant as we enjoyed the cultured architecture and kind service compared to the big hotels poorer service

The staff was very friendly and looked after our every need. The property is very beautiful with a large swimming pool in the communal space. Our villa also had a sizeable private pool. The restaurant served very good food. We also enjoyed the spa for a very professional massage. The fitness centre was well equipped as well. The hotel has a shuttle service in case you need to get picked up in the area or need to go somewhere. The hotel app helped a lot with the communication.

The breakfast was a la carte , very nice. They provide free transfer to Bali collection as well to the beach club ,which is amazing!! Thanks for everything Nothing

Great Pool

Beautiful property. Villas close to the road are loud unfortunately, however the staff was amazing in accommodating this. The villas themselves are beautiful, and the food great!

Road noise was loud in the lower rooms.

Superb

It's just luxury the moment you walk in. The service is very friendly and couldn't have been any more helpful if they tried. The accomodation itself is the most stunning property you can imagine, its like your own private villa with a little garden, a deluxe outside bed with cover, a massive swimming pool. Inside is gorgeous and everything you need with a bed that's just delightful. Dinner was amazing, it has 2 beautiful restaurants that should cater to all your needs. They have free drop off and pick up transportation as well, including transport to the airport on departure. I couldn't speak more highly. Nothing. It was perfect.

Exceptional

Fantastic villa with private pool separate bathroom and large living room and outdoor area with daybed. On the first night we met a wonderful staff member called Wisnu who introduced us to the Bali Mojito and looked after us exceptionally well over the few nights when we dropped by for a few night caps. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were just wonderful. Especially Serina and Dewa. Greg the manager of the hotel was wonderful and very helpful with dinner options and a conversation. Would definitely stay again. Unfortunately, there was some road noise (motorbikes and trucks) which tapered off later at night, but it was very noticeable the first night. We did get used to it though.

Service is superb, both private villa and common facilities are very well maintained, great price for what you get. This place offered much more personal and luxurious experience compared to what you can get in similarly priced 5 star “mid-luxury” chain hotels. Free access and transportation to Canna Beach club was a very welcome addition. Breakfast was top notch (make sure to try smoothie bowl!): If your villa is closer to the road and you’re more sensitive to road noise, loud motorcycles could be an issue at night. Only relevant if you’re spending late evenings outside. The villas themselves are quite well insulated and they don’t trouble the sleep.

Breakfast was included each morning. There was a wide selection of food and drinks, all of great quality. Minor issue - Our villa was at the rear and there were many steps to climb to get there. There are room closer.

The Balé is beautiful, could definitely do with updating the tiles in bath etc as it’s quite gross the black mould in them. The bed and pillows are extremely hard. I hardly slept all week and woke up creaking. Also got fined $30 because I used a face cloth and it got makeup on it. Think $30 is a bit steep but I understand. The staff are amazing! The best staff I’ve ever had and that’s what makes The Balé so special. You get free lifts anywhere around Nusa. That was amazing. Definitely would stay again but I’d be a bit more clued up what to expect this time. Massages were unreal! And even though they are more than double price than what you get in salons along the road, it is worth it. They help you step off the world ?
