This was a great stay for my first time in Nusa Dua. I came here as I wanted a place to decompress after traveling to Bali and picked Grand Bali for the cost, distance to the airport, and the actual design of the property. I was very happy with my stay and would come here again. There wasn't any issue with the room and resort. It met my expectations. General issue with the private beach is it can sometimes have some small plastic trash floating.

The facilities were very nice. We enjoyed the swimming pools and playing billiards.

We had a ground floor room (there's no elevator and we have difficulty climbing stairs) and everything felt damp. There was a little mold in the room near the ceiling. I don't know if no one had stayed in the room or it's just because of the wet rainy season (Bali had had a lot of rain recently). The gym had limited equipment and wasn't air conditioned well.

The staff were lovely and accommodating.The pool area was big enough and kept tidy. The mould in our room. Our cleaner cleaned down the walls once when asked and he did a great job, however I suspect there was a lot more behind our bed. I am asthmatic and allergic so this issue did affect my breathing for our stay. If you don't have an issue with this, then staying there is recommended. As this is an older hotel I should have known this would of been an issue however it was recommended to me by a family member who stayed before.

Most I liked was the up grade they have given us. It was a spacious room, big bath room, walk in closed and a wonderful terrace with a small pool and fountain. Hotel - beach transfer.

Swimming pool is awesome. Breakfast is fantastic. Location is super close to Gregor beach. Last year they were so helpful when I had to change my itinerary but this year they wouldn’t refund based on pro-rate when I had to check out early. I had a small bill at the restaurant and they wouldn’t discount that either as a way to balance the sheet. It seems the owners have gotten more inflexible (greedy?) re the fees. This was my 2nd time coming here and due to how they left me feeling at the end, I do not plan to return a 3rd time (which otherwise I absolutely would have). Place the client’s needs first and reap the rewards. Or don’t and suffer the consequences.

So first, we got and we were grateful to have a free upgrade to the garden and pool view both!!! Service was amazing, my wife requested baking soda at am in the morning, the reaction was immediate. Breakfast was great, plenty of the food options. Because of early departure, we requested lunch boxes, which were very delicious and on time. Swimming pools are wonderful! (all of them!) There is scheduled time for the shuttle to go to the beach club and back The beach- impossible to swim. No depth, no comfortable sand ground. Even though there is a shuttle, still the beach was very disappointing.

I informed them that it’s our first wedding anniversary and they came thru! They upgraded our room and gave us a lovely surprise in the room. ? Also… Big room, big bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, very clean place. Many shops and spas near the area. Although not beachfront, they offer shuttle service to the beach every 2 hours. Very helpful staff. Nothing, loved everything.

The staff was excellent: always friendly and helpful. The pool area is very nice: two large pools, plenty of lounge chairs, trees for shade. The interior design is beautiful, spacious. The lobby is open with comfortable seating, pool table. We enjoyed the private beach bar every day. The television in our room was not a smart TV, so no streaming - only bad cable. No elevators. The staff carried our luggage up and down. Not a big problem.

We loved this hotel, room was huge, beds comfy, huge bathroom,spotlessly clean. Pool perfect temperature and so lovely to relax by. Not a new hotel but we liked it just the way it was. Breakfast was included and completely fine, enough choices, fresh made pancakes, eggs any way, fruit and several different yogurt's, pastries etc. Around a 6 or7 min walk to main shopping street. Buggy to Beach (we found the waves at the beach very strong, so be careful) The staff, as usual in Bali, were all very kind and helpful

A bunch of options for shopping/dining nearby, but this side of Nusa Dua is definitely on the quiet end. The aircon system in the room was somewhat dated and, after a couple of hours of use, began giving off a smell of humidity.

Nice hotel, well maintained. Good swimming pool. Great staff, good service. Really enjoyed our stay Breakfast (buffet) not so good.
