Not much sound proofing for rooms. Got woken Up by noise from the hallway and next doors alarm that went off at 5am for 3 mornings in a row. They didn't turn it off until we complained.

The dinner and breakfast buffet were very good The room had a mildew odor and it triggered my wife’s asthma, the staff graciously brought us a air purifier to comfort my wife.

The pool is the highlight; it's the best one I've experienced yet. The rooms were really spacious, and the location is reasonably close to the beach. The breakfast was also great, with a lot of options. The beach was around 30 minutes away on foot, and the hotel's room service menu was limited.

The restaurant food is not great when ordering a la carte. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety.

Has a good kid zone The costumer service wasn’t good, they were over you all the time in the restaurant asking if you want something else when we even haven’t finished. The prices are very high in comparison with other good resorts in the area. They refused to take our coffee order because they were full, they asked us to take coffee from the machine which had a very disgusting coffee. I think the price wasn’t fair…

The location and surroundings are very good. The property is not on the beach front though it has a private beach somewhat away from the property and needs to take a shuttle

It’s a great hotel with really helpful stuff, amazing location (walking distance to everything), great amenities (we really enjoyed pool, jacuzzi and lazy river), breakfast is diverse and fresh, it’s perfect for friends or family stay, we really enjoyed our stay! The walls are thin, so you can hear everything outside. Jacuzzi had only one working water jet for the entire tub

Beautiful property set on lush grounds. Room was as described, comfy beds. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choices. 2 huge pools to choose from with plenty of day beds. We stayed with 2 x 11yr olds for a night before transferring to another part of Bali. The air con blows directly onto the bed.

I was shocked to find that I was put in a connecting room despite that I was traveling alone, as this does not align with the standards I expect from a five-star hotel. Although the room was changed the following day after I raised a complain this remains a significant concern. I strongly request the hotel to review its room allocation procedures to ensure that similar situation does not happen to future guests.

The property was beautiful, pools were simply amazing and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had, not just in Bali! Outstanding in every way! Special mention to Budhi the chef who came and spoke to our girls may times, lovely man! My only gripe was the living conditions of the 3 beautiful bunnies near the children’s area. They spent a lot of time inside with minimum outside time- I spoke to staff to encourage letting them Out to play which they said they did (we were there 7 days and they really didn’t come out very much at all). It was upsetting for us as animal lovers seeing them so restricted and for a few other families I spoke to. I did go to the pet store and buy them a few toys for stimulation and some food. Please make their little area happier or don’t keep them :)
