What I did not like was that the tap water had an odor similar to swimming pool water. Additionally, there was noise coming from a nearby construction or demolition site. The sound could be heard clearly inside the room and caused disturbance during the daytime. I also paid an additional charge for a sea view room, but in reality the sea was very far away and the view could hardly be considered a true sea view. Therefore, the extra charge did not provide the expected value or experience.

I must say I was a bit skeptical at first of coming to this hotel as I had never been here before, it is absolutely beautiful and has everything That I need to make my stay great, pools are great, plenty of room for adults to relax. Gym, Sauna, Steam and Jacuzzi all working fine, Staff were great and very helpful. I had such a nice time here I am staying for another 7 nights. Nothing to be perfectly honest, I love everything about this hotel and its facilities. A small inconvenience is you have to walk 20 mins to the shops but if you like walking then it's not an issue.

Words cannot describe how welcomed and cared for our family felt from the moment we arrived at this incredible resort. We booked two rooms for a 5-night family stay, and every single corner of the property was absolutely immaculate and exactly as a luxury hotel should be. The highlight of our stay was the unparalleled service, especially when we faced a stressful situation. Having run out of pre-prepared meals for our 1-year-old baby during this long trip, we were struggling to find suitable options. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Chef Artawa, Andi, and the rest of the team at the Backstage Restaurant on the 3rd floor. They went completely out of their way to prepare custom meals for our baby with zero additional charges. Their genuine kindness turned a stressful moment into a beautiful memory. On top of the exceptional dining service, the spa was absolutely amazing and provided us with one of the best wellness experiences we have ever had. We will definitively revisit this hotel in the future, purely because the incredible staff treats their guests like family. None

The property was beautiful and relaxing, had to travel quite a distance to see all of the highlights of Bali, but I loved the resort. The buffet breakfast mornings was excellent, food nice and hot, the staff were very friendly a lovely vacation resort. We had a great overall experience with no major complaints. The highlights of Bali tours were incredible—although it took several hours to get there, the journey was definitely worth it. We also hosted a birthday dinner for 14 people at the Asian restaurant. While the food was good and the waitstaff were very friendly, the kitchen struggled to handle a group of our size. Dishes were served at different times, and some guests did not receive their meals at all. In some cases, appetizers and main courses arrived simultaneously for the same person. With better coordination in the kitchen and more consistent timing of service, the dining experience could be significantly improved.

The location was too far from the main road to walk. But getting a grab or taxi was easy to access.

I like the area, ambience, clean room and hotel staff as well. My son enjoyed the pool very much. Staffs are very nice and fully satisfied about their service. If I visit again i definitely stay in this resort again. ??

We had a lovely stay overall! The hotel’s facilities are absolutely beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond.Their service was truly impeccable. Overall, the excellent service and beautiful surroundings were the main positives of our experience. Unfortunately, the room itself lacked proper soundproofing, and we could hear nearly everything from the corridors and neighbouring rooms. Additionally, the bathroom design offered little privacy or sound insulation, which made our stay less comfortable than expected.
