Loved the space and kids entertainment stuff like kids club and swimming pools and beach. Manarai was very average- food and staff weren’t great. Also, rooms were a bit jaded and old.

Location, good for wedding Sofitel we not impressed. Your check-in is ridiculous because you’re trying to sell a timeshare. It was a good venue for the wedding. We really enjoyed that but everything else was subpar. Especially the food and it really didn’t have much ambience. Our room was small in the extra $50 a night for my daughter joining us and breakfast was not included in my price and that was another 25 per person US dollars Shintyawati, was truly my favorite at this hotel and she worked in the restaurant.

Beach area, Resort vibe, pool facilities Breakfast arrangement could be more organized. Some days found a long queue at the entrance. Also the indoor doesn't have AC (Its an open plan, but would be good to have some AC, fans doesnt covel all the tables). Food was good, but it really need a good environment to enjoy them. Not all the people like to sit outdoors.

As a muslim i sufered from finding halal food so i was gooing outside to get halal food, if its available inside i will never used to leave the hotwl at all

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality by every member of the team. The entire staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, cared for, and valued throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to Meity, who made an already wonderful experience even more memorable. We had originally booked a Luxury Room with a pool and garden, and she very generously upgraded us to a beautiful One-Bedroom Villa with a private pool. This thoughtful gesture transformed our honeymoon into something truly special, giving us the privacy, comfort, and luxury we had hoped for. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to May, who was absolutely amazing on the day of our departure. Since our flight was later in the evening, she kindly arranged for us to stay in one of the Luxury Rooms after checking out of our villa. This allowed us to relax, freshen up, and enjoy our final day without feeling rushed or having to spend hours waiting at the airport. Her kindness and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. Beyond the outstanding service, the resort itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers a perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. The facilities, pools, gardens, beach access, dining options, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Every interaction with the staff reflected genuine care and professionalism, making us feel at home while enjoying a world-class resort experience. Thank you to Meity, May, and the entire Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay in Bali.

Report staff were excellent Purchased a personal pool. Found it on the shaded side with no sunshine. Three stories above us could look down on out privacy The pool had not be cleaned prior to first usage. We used our "private pool" just once in 10 days Breakfast good Room good Each day we found broken pieces of pool tiling. Poo/?pools require maintenance Cucina restaurant was good for food but allowed ongoing screaming children under 6 years old to run amuck and vaping was also allowed. I think one of the three main pools should be adults only (the swim up bar pool) For a not inexpensive resort

Bad image on the beach restaurant. My family took meal there and we wanted to celebrate my birthday with a birthday cake. But we were told that unless we give a 5 stars on google to the restaurant, we cannot eat our birthday cake. We were really confused and unhappy with that. Although the restaurant does not belong to the hotel. But hotel should take care of it because they impact the global image of your hotel.
