The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali

We loved everything about our stay! The room was beautiful, with excellent amenities and a lovely view over the gardens. The welcome snacks were such a thoughtful touch, especially the jellybeans for the kids. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the new kids’ club was absolutely amazing — the children loved it! Honestly, nothing! The only small thing was that the shower gel wasn’t topped up when it ran out, but this was very minor.

Great resort, family friendly. Staff are helpful. The breakfast spread was very good. The adjoining beach is very nice. The hotel is not too far from Bali Collection where there is a lot of stores and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and very family friendly, with excellent facilities and warm, attentive service. The location, beach, and overall atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for families visiting Bali.

Breakfast could be better

Not that much fancy that westin brand provides in another destinations

We did not like the layout and accessibility of the premium room and had to request a room change.

Main hall I paid for expensive room 300+$ per night and got the room extremely far from the beach and main how. Have to spend 8-10 minutes just to get there from the lobby. I paid for king bed, but got two uncomfortable queen beds. They didn’t prepare the room by check in time and I have to wait 40 minutes for a room after 3 pm.

Spacious room, facilities, private beach, food during breakfast and lunch at Ikan rest Almost none, we just experiencing water leaked fr from washtafel at room 5700 at also card key malfunction at room 5702

The resort is good and at very good location, beachfront, lot of activities inside resort.

The beach walk and the rooms are spacious. The hotel was undergoing construction and it wasn’t mentioned when i booked and wasn’t declared on the booking site!

Thought that the prices of the restaurantes in the hotel slightly high compared to the outside.

The staffs are very friendly, infomative and helpful. Breakfast are superb. Location is excellent, since we avoid traffic, Nusa Dua is the best option. Facilities are great, they have 24 hours gym and bilyard. The beach is also clean and nice. Overall we are very happy with our stay at Westin Nusa Dua! Nothing

It was immaculately mentioned and the staff was very helpful witn every question I asked quiet and exceptional staff at the pool and on the beach. Loved the beach view very beautiful

Cleanliness, friendliness of the staff. Toddler-friendly facilities. Perfect breakfast with lots of choices. The staff in the lobby lounge were not helpful enough when I asked if they can help me heat up some baby food. She just said they have no microwave and told me to try asking the other restaurants/cafe which is quite far by walking distance. However the staff at the concierge are always helpful with handling breastmilk and frozen baby food.

Beautiful resort with excellent family facilities, we did canoe, bicycle rides, went to see the turtles, it was so much fun I cant think of anything!
