The resort facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The sealing of the room balcony was not as expected.

Truly no real negatives. If I had to choose something - the balconies (particularly those with laguna access) could be a little bit bigger. Also, the cocktails at the various bars could use some work :)

Also the facilities were top notch. We visited some resorts in the area and we found the Laguna resort's facilities to be quite modern but with touches of nature all over the resort. Didnt feel like a commercial resort, but rather a nature retreat. Definitely recommend. I think the breakfast menu could have been better in term of the variety. We stayed there for a week and the buffet breakfast menu was the same everyday.

The food, service, staff everything was exceptional and to be honest it ruined our experiences in other Bali cities because nothing can compare to how much we were spoiled at the laguna. Nothing I didn't like.

Can walk to the beach, nice environment. Excellent breakfast, great choice of different cuisines. Attentive waiters who went out of the way to ensure that your needs are met. Ade and Tea were very friendly.

Our stay was truly exceptional for our family, especially for our daughter, and much of this was thanks to the outstanding hotel staff. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and at home. Our initial interaction with Ninta at reception set the tone she was warm, attentive, and extremely helpful in guiding us through everything we needed. The hotel offered daily activities, all of which our daughter eagerly participated in and thoroughly enjoyed. Special thanks go to Arik, whose enthusiasm and dedication made these activities truly memorable for her. Despite the absence of a kids’ club, we found it unnecessary, as the combination of engaging activities, multiple swimming pools, and the hotel’s proximity to the beach provided more than enough entertainment. The restaurant staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We were particularly impressed by the quality and variety of the food, especially the abundance of fresh fruit, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel grounds themselves were beautifully maintained lush, green, and filled with swimming pools creating a relaxing atmosphere. Even at full capacity, the hotel never felt overcrowded. The beach area was always clean and well-kept, and the staff there were just as courteous and helpful. There were so many wonderful individuals who contributed to making our stay special that it would be difficult to name them all. Service throughout the hotel is very friendly, polite and attentive. A few staff members have limited English, so you may occasionally need to repeat or rephrase a request. But once they understand, they genuinely go out of their way to help — often beyond expectations. The Beach Bar service is a delight. You are looked after directly on the private beach with comfortable loungers, shade, and fresh towels, and everything can be charged to your room, making it easy to settle in and stay there for hours. A local Water Sports Company can pick you up/drop you off on a boat for free from the beach. Jet Ski is a must! Breakfast offers a very wide selection with beautiful presentation, very much what you expect from a five-star property. The taste is good and enjoyable, though not quite at the level of a truly memorable breakfast. Like many properties in tropical climates, the room had a slight musty smell. Leading to the Lunar New Year period the hotel decorated some public areas in a strongly themed Chinese festive style. While Lunar New Year is celebrated across many cultures, the resort’s approach felt very specifically targeted and changed the character of the property, taking away from the Balinese atmosphere which we love and enjoy. We also encountered quite a bit of noise from other guests during this time, which affected the otherwise relaxing environment.

We love that they have so many saltwater pools around the resort. There are also many daily activities you can join. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal, and the staff were extremely professional and courteous. I spent my birthday here, and special thanks to the staff, esp. Ms Flower from the Concierge team for making my day feel extra special! The location was pretty convenient - you can access both of the islands (Nusa Dharma & Peninsula Island) & Bali Collection on foot.

Beachfront Food terrible, nothing special about the resort but still very expensive
