Pool on rooftop not accessible. There was NO alcohol or cocktails available. The hotel maintenance is not great.

Location wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was average Nothing was clean in the resort. Everything was so dirty and stinky. I felt like I was staying in 1 star resort. Everything was broken, taps in the bathroom was rusty, aircon wasn't working, slide door for the balcony doesn’t lock and dirty and ripped towels. There is so much more overall it was shit experience and I could not believe I paid so much to stay there for 2 nights.

Property not maintained at all. Rooms Extremely dirty.Toaster left inside the room was filthy.Spider webs everywhere in the room too.Bathroom was very dirty too

need to upgrade the staff manners. specially the frontdesk. being able to calm down the guest when the check in time has to delay for one hour is bery important. the frontdesk. has no communication skill.

Room was a good size. For a hotel of that rating, it was extremely disappointing. The entrance is dark and the bar had no beer or wine on a Saturday evening. I suggested to the staff that perhaps someone could go to the nearest shop (5 minutes walk) and buy some but was told no.

the swim up bar, massage clinic and the buffet breakfast although the breakfast was not well organised and one morning there was no food left The options and quality of food for breakfast. The false advertising of roof top facilities and restaurant. The resort appear rundown and a lot of thing not working unclean and hardly anything on the menu available.

The breakfast was horrendous. Looked like many of the items had been there for a long time and spaghetti bolonaise has no place at a breakfast buffet! We only stayed here as a last resort after a cancelled flight. No sure why you would chose this location otherwise? Don't let the name fool you, this is not a 'resort'....this is a last resort. It's clear maintenance has been forgotten for many years, the rooms are grubby and so many parts of the hotel are rotten and falling apart.
