The rooms , pool and lounge were clean and well maintained, staff were amazing and very welcoming and friendly. Maybe making the toilet invisible

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was old, moldy, and nothing like the pictures—completely misleading. I had booked for 3 nights but left after just one because I couldn’t stand staying any longer. The place doesn’t even deserve to be called a hostel, let alone a 4-star hotel. Avoid at all costs. If it’s possible, please don’t go there, even if it’s cheap.

It is an okay hotel to stay with the price we paid. The facilities were old and smelled mouldy, and there was also some kind of sewage smell coming out from the aircon, which can be harmful to our health, especially since we spend so much time sleeping. We got upgraded to the executive suite due to the aircon in ur original room wasn't working.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast. Often running out of water. Not enough towels. The pool doesn't have ladder and sharp edge. No pool towel.

Great staff. Location is right off a busy street, not the quietest during this time of year. We were upgraded to a quieter part of the hotel which was really nice. Comfortable large bed. Can't beat the value for the money of this place except the bathroom really needs to be refreshed.. asap. Sheets were clean but showed serious signs of aging.Would give this place a 9 if the bathroom was decent.

The staff was super kind and helpful and the bed is pretty comfy and room spacious. Air con was nice, but really noisy. Ordered some pizza for the room, it was nothing to write home about, but the service was once again immaculate. It is easily accessible from the airport. It was manageable and ok stay, but would not return and would not recommend. Can't complain too much though, because it was affordable. The room smells moldy and musty and there is visible mold and dirt all over. The bathroom especially is pretty nasty. Wi-fi is not great in the rooms and the photos are honestly misleading. Additionally the room is not exactly mosquito proof and balcony door has a gap big enough for pretty much anything to enter.
