Clean and comfortable

My bed sheets had red stains

Staff was great. My room didn’t have a bathroom fan, there was a 6 foot spot about to fall down out of the ceiling, the first floor ice machine did not work, and everything BESIDES the inside of the room was visibly dirty. Once again the staff was very helpful in making the best of the stay, just a dirty hotel.

Overall good stay. Friendly staff and fairly clean property.

The room was 80° even though the thermostat was set to 68°. Corridors were poorly lit (there were lights all down the hall, and they were all on). The facility was overall grimy and rundown. It was fine for the one night we stayed but we would not stay there again.

The hotel is disgustingly dirty with roaches all over the place. I left as soon as I arrived.

Moldy shower curtain, staff not very professional. Adequate, but would not stay there again.

Breakfast, no regular coffee, no cups to measure batter for waffles, two of the hot containers were empty no idea what food was supposed to be in them. And she was on her phone walking around. We stay often at Quality Inn’s, this is the first time we ran into this.

Don’t stay here - that’s all that needs to be said

Exactly what I was looking for. Room was clean and comfortable.

I never ate at this hotel. Barley even wanted to be there my first night with my child was sketch. The room was clearly not fully cleaned and prepped so I had to clean the flood and tub myself. When I left the next morning and returned there was a huge roach in my room and a fly. When I reported this to the staff on site all they offered was to come kill the roach but tried to make an excuse to why not reroom me or refund me. It was I literally had to bring up the company policy for him to help me. I have stayed at multiple comfort inn locations and this was the beyond worst experience I ever had room dirty pool dirty everything just dirty

Finding where we could get breakfast

The staff didn’t speak much English. Our plumbing in our bathroom we had to plunge the toilet several times because it would get stomped up. The tub did not drain properly. And the sink would sometimes stomp up too. The pool was closed for 6 hours a day that was not mentioned when booking. The pool was closed from 9am until 12 and 2pm until 6 pm. And they let homeless people sit in the chairs out front whom which threatened my 15yr old. And we had to get them to call the cops.

Needs updating but not bad for an overnight stay nothing fancy

Breakfast didn't have any but6 or milk had to ask for everything to be refilled
