Rooms was very clean and the Staff were very professional and courteous. Kitchen Staff and food were excellent to include the amenities. Thank you for your service. Highly recommended.

It was close to where we need to be for our event. It was affordable, and it was clean. It is a MKE Airport vicinity less than attractive neighborhood. We bought it for its location to what we wanted to go do, and for the price and good reviews. I still recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area like we needed to be there for our multi day function that we attended over the weekend.

Laundry facilities were trash , washing machine shredded our clothes . Bleach was in fabric softener dispenser also ruined clothes . Staff said nothing they can do we’re on our own , but note says any problems with laundry let them know. Let them know for what they didn’t even check to see what our issue was so the next persons clothes aren’t ruined . Besides rude staff, the ridiculous amount of cigarette smoking directly in front of the door and filthy carpet and mold smell The hotel overall is clean and nice..

It was clean and had very usable mini kitchen. I enjoyed the small “market” in the lobby. I was able to purchase food to take on the plane instead of buying food in the airport. The room was large and very nice. I would stay here again.

Nice stay, clean room and friendly staff. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Really liked that soap, shampoo and lotion were Dove products.
