Oakland Airport Executive Hotel

There was no soap or shampoo and only 1 towel had to ask for an extra towel there was two of us The lady at the front desk was polite courteous and was helpful

The room was extremely dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. I was so uncomfortable with the condition of the bed that I had to put towels on it before I could sleep. The fan in the room was also extremely loud, making it almost impossible for me to sleep throughout the night. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing. The staff I encountered were rude and unhelpful. When I was trying to check out in the morning, there was no staff member at the front desk. I had a flight to catch, and the delay almost caused me to miss it. The hotel also charged me a $100 deposit, which I expect to be refunded promptly. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were completely unacceptable. This property needs serious attention from management. In its current condition, it gives visitors a very poor impression of hospitality in Oakland. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.

Rooms smells weed, the floor smells so bad wells are dirty. Carpets. Never got cleaned or changed for years because of the way they look. And not to mention since it’s a bad place and they know people would leave if they see how its dirty they come up with non refundable money because they know no one would stay. This place needs to be inspected and re model every all over

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here this place is so rundown. I am not sure how it even still be standing the pictures do not do it justice. The room itself wasn’t that bad but there were holes in the bedding and just not super clean the building itself should really be condemned there was water leaking everywhere. There were wet towels on the floor on the third floor. The receptionist did not read that I needed two beds and gave me one bed and proceeded to argue with me and then I showed her. No I have two beds. I’ve stayed in some pretty shifty hotels before but this one takes the cake. Do yourself a favor. Do not stay here.

It looked nothing like the picture on there website. It all looked old n dirty nothing new almost broken.

The carpet is dirty windows broken the AC and heater did not work very stuffy in there no towels carpet is filthy on the elevator through the whole lobbies elevator broke like five times one of my family members got stuck in the elevator on Friday fire department had to come get a ride. The bathroom in hallway was nasty false appetizing on the internet the bar was never open never been open never got no coffee or nothing in there It's needed a make over clean

Don't book here it's nothing like the pictures. Bunch of flies everywhere, it smells so bad like cigarettes and I don't know what else, I couldn't stay there had the get a refund, girl at the counter was not helpful at all.

Rooms were smelly, beds were visibly dirty, pictures were misleading, and there is just sketchy men standing around the place all day.

Clean room

The pictures are quite deceptive. Parking is a nightmare. Room smelled like cigarettes. Pool was dirty. Elevator was broken and the stairs were covered in graffiti and treacherous.

Perfect location

You do get what you pay for. I got lucky that my AC was working and there were no issues with lighting. There was strong free WiFi, and there was hot water running fine for showers. But only one out of two elevators was working, and it also broke down. No pests or homeless encounters despite being pretty open for anyone to just step into the property. But perhaps I was also lucky there. The lobby does kind of smell like urine, and when I got to my room it smelled like weed. Despite the no smoking policy, it still smelled on my floor. If you’re a light sleeper, this place will not be for you as I heard music from two doors down, and across the hall a couple was arguing. I’d say leave this hotel as a very last resort, or if you’re really willing to sacrifice bits of comfort for a cheaper price. This area of Oakland is already intimidating, the least you can do for yourself is find a more secure and comfortable place to stay even if you have to spend more.

Terrible stay. The room smelt like cigarettes and was unclean. The elevator was down and the door key was not working multiple times and I had to keep going down to the lobby to fix it

This place is very run down way past it’s time it should be demolished the staff is okay but this hotel is very dirty it is nothing like the pictures online I would advise to spend another 40$ per night and visit another place

Stay far away from this property its incredibly filthy & wreaks of cigarettes. The rooms were absolutely disgusting with dirty walls , burn marks on the bath tub and old beat up furniture. Everything looked like it needed to be deep cleaned and disinfected. I brought my kids and couldn't let them touch anything. We saw the room after checking in and immediately checked out right after. DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES!!!

Elevator was not working properly and lined with cardboard. Very dirty room with trash under bed. They don’t answer the phone. Did not bother staying left immediately due to safety concerns.
