Hotel nice. My wife is allergic to cars and dogs. Animals were in our previously. Her eyes were swollen she asked to change room but was told none available. She and I spent the night in our car It is unacceptable and I want a refubd on my credit card.

The location was very convenient, and the fridge, kitchen, and coffee maker were great The room had a very strong smell, as if anti‑ants or anti‑rodent chemicals had been recently applied. It was uncomfortable during the first hours. The security box also did not work on the first day, although it was repaired on the second day. I understand this is not directly the hotel’s fault, but the Denny’s Restaurant connected to the hotel was closed, and the hotel did not offer any temporary solution for breakfast. There were no vending machines or alternatives on-site, so we had to drive 7–10 minutes or order online just to get breakfast. Additionally, the hotel did not acknowledge Canada Day in any way—not even a small flag or gesture for guests. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but these details affected the experience and should be improved for future guests.

Upon arrival, I thought the hotel was beautiful, and the rooms appeared to be quite nice. Upon closer inspection of the room, I noticed the wallpaper was very poorly put up, the little round mirror in the in the bathroom looked like it was gonna come off the wall, plus the TV didn’t work. Apparently the whole building had a TV issue. We were provided with a very generous voucher for Denny’s restaurant in response to the TV problem.

Bed was good. Room was ok. Got the room near the elevator. Staff was very friendly No extra mirror in the room every time i need to get ready make up/hair I have go to bathroom. Didn't like the dark carpet in the room. the countertop in the bathroom was very small

Beautiful, well kept hotel, but right next to the highway with no grass, plants, or trees. Nice hot tub & pool. Two restaurant options of different prices (Denny's and Chop steakhouse). Nothing. We knew what we were paying for.

Nothing wrong with the property but I missed not having the usual complimentary water. I’ll make sure to bring mine next time ?

One of my favorite hotels and affordable for me when they have promotion. Love the morning coffee stand. This hotel and others should have a seniors rate and one especially for people booking for medical reasons, like appointments and treatments.
