The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Notable spaces were the roomy bathroom and shower and the small inner patio with a hammock. Includes helpful pieces of furniture in addition to the expected ones, like a desk with a chair, a coat hanger, and shelves. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. The loud music/noise that comes in from their restaurant/bar/terrace area is not dim and doesn't end early. Probably a good choice for party travelers, but not for working/quieter ones. If you're an early to bed - early to rise person this is not a spot for you. Oaxaca is famous for its ample, exquisite gastronomy, and sadly their breakfast is something you would expect from a simpler, inexpensive chain hotel.

Very clean, well equipped room A little far from all the action in Centro

Comfortable beds, clean rooms with plenty of hanging space. Also there was a good sized desk and a comfortable chair. The bathroom was well equipped. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good. There is a little pool in a pretty courtyard where you can take a cooling dip. Sunbeds and towels provided. The hotel is not in the historic centre of Oaxaca but it is an easy, interesting downhill walk to all the main things you’d want to visit. There’s also a very reasonable Nando-type-but-Mexican-food restaurant right next door and a big pharmacy / supermarket right opposite. Also a HSBC bank and cash machine a few metres away. I do think this place needs to install better windows / soundproofing to the hotel’s bar restaurant / street side. My ground floor room was not too bad as there was only a small frosted window into the reception area, however a colleague’s first floor room overlooked the bar, that overlooks the street, and they struggled to sleep with the music and traffic noise. The hotel did do their best to keep the music volume down but didn’t help with the street noise.

Hotel it’s so pretty and location strategically 1, air conditioning wasn’t working, the gave us a fan instead 2. Tv remote control wasn’t working good due to tv position. also was so confused 3. Breakfast was included and on Sunday was terrible, stiff , hard unflavored tortillas ( pic attached ), we had to let the staff know about it, We are really sorry for the staff, they are very helpful and polite.

Everything, specially the people. Excellent location. The bathroom is a little uncomfortable since they didn't have a nice shelf or small furniture to leave the clean clothes to dress after a shower. We needed to change inside the bath since we were four at the same bedroom!

Excellent breakfast, beautiful room with access to outside. The pool was stunning 15 min walk into the city centre - not an issue as it’s a nice walk but may be harder to access for some

Free breakfast The fact that we paid for a room that we didn’t even get and the fact that the checkout time is all wrong on booking.com versus in real life and the staff was RUDE ABOUT SOMETHING THAT’S NOT EVEN OUR FAULT!!!!! Y’ALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!!!!! I also hated that there’s no way to communicate with the staff real time because there were no phones in the rooms and you had to walk to the front desk. Very disappointing experience overall to what should have been an amazing experience in an amazing city.
