Nice and helpful staff. Loved my porch area to hang out on as my room was very hot. My room was very hot with only a fan to help stay cool. Would get very hot in the heat of the day. The shower barely had any water coming out and was so small I couldn’t bend over in.

Location Bed bugs and petty manager who initially gave us the worst room when the place was almost empty. Then we were bitten by bed bugs which the owner claimed we brought until we showed them in the bed and around other places. When we had a family emergency and needed to stay 90 minutes late the owner charged 900 pesos, being talked down from charging a full extra day.

The location, the staff, the breakfast were great The room was a bit dark and the bathroom/shower was very small and impractical. no separate shower/shower curtain and water would flow into the bedroom if not blocked by a towel.

The staff were so nice! We first got allocated to a room on the top floor. This room was very tiny, with horrible lighting - it almost made you feel claustrophobic. But! we asked if we could change rooms and they were so sweet and moved us to another on the first floor. This room was so nice and quiet and looked like the pictures listed. The hotel is located great, close to Oaxaca historical center with restaurants and shops. The first room we stayed at was not great. No water provided and we had to pay for water.

Breakfast could have been better with fruits , cereals and yogurt. They served the same local food everyday.

Location Room was dark. Lighting was terrible. Had no water when we arrived. No top sheet. No towels when we arrived. Never had the room cleaned in three days. Never received clean towels. Bathroom was so small your knees touched the door. Water from the shower flooded the floor.

Although the room is very small with a very low ceiling, it was cosy and perfect. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and there was blankets which were much needed! The guy at reception is very friendly and helpful! The location is excellent, just on the edge of Centro and a 5-10 minute walk to everything The shower didn’t have any pressure at all, it was just a trickle of water and very hard to wash the hair, also the hot water barely works, you have to run the water for about 20 minutes before the ‘hot’ water comes through and even then it’s not very hot, just luke warm. Very low ceilings

The customer service was top tier! I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. Especially, the guy at the front desk. He was amazing! The location was quite decent as well. The hot water from the shower took quiet a while to function. For a while I thought it was wasn't operational. It ultimately worked though.

very nice rooms and great location. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

The property was in a great location, easily accessible to Centro. It was also good value for money. We stayed in unit 13, and the shower had very weak water pressure. We also had to climb a narrow spiral staircase to get to the top level, which was difficult with heavy luggage.

The location is central and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quite humid with little ventilation (also in the bathroom), and despite staying for 5 nights our room was not cleaned a single time, nor was anything restocked (e.g. we had to go ask for toilet paper). It’s also quite small, and at least our room was noisy (with earplugs this was not a problem though).

Great location helpful staff breakfast was a bonus My room (rm2) was on the ground floor and a bit noisy at night. I could hear everything in the courtyard, including someone using the bathroom

The staff was incredibly friendly and nice, all was very clean, the breakfast was delicious every time. They helped us with a good doctor for my allergy, with bookings for busses for Mazunte.

Love the location was very close to theplaza, and it was close to el Mercado, convenience everything was close. When we did the checkout, it was a different employee and she was very rude, we pay for a taxi the day before we asked her if she can confirm us the taxi because it was already late in the taxi was supposed to be there at 6 AM. She was not very helpful. We end up leaving around 7 AM we pay the taxi was for 6 AM. we are waiting the taxis 10 minutes before six. We were so disappointed.

Great location. We had breakfast included, they did not have any vegetarian option - when we asked for it they just offered to cook us some eggs but they charge money for it. They should be more inclusive and include at least one vegetarian option as breakfast.
