Delicious breakfast included and excellent location!

The breakfast was phenomenal! And the breakfast staff were so accommodating I love that they have water in the hallways and we just refilled our water bottles and did not have to keep on buying water throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful in getting cabs for the airport. The location cannot be beat. Midway between the main church and the mercados and in front is one of the best bars! We were traveling with a small group and we had lots of places to congregate even in the evening. Absolutely nothing!

It kept the theme of the past. Great location. We had the roof top unit and the views were amazing. No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Bringing our luggage up was a challenge. It reminded us of our time in Europe when we had no elevator and had to take our groceries and luggage 3 or 4 flights.

Kind and respectful staff. Very dusty. I became ill from the dust.
-
We had an inside room so no real fresh air.

We had a large room on the 3rd floor with a lovely terrace. The room was very large and had basic kitchen facilities - cups, plates, bowls and a coffee maker and iron. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice and modern with a rain shower. There were 4 flights of stone stairs to get to our suite. There was no way to heat anything but coffee. No source of heat so it was cool in the room on the 2 nights of cold weather we had in our 2 week stay. Not a serious problem.

Excellent location in the heart of Centro - couldn't have asked for a more convenient location. The street was quiet too. Friendly staff and service. Good sized room and bathroom. The rooms (most of them, I believe) have no natural light, which was a big disappointment. The description of the room didn't mention so either. Breakfast was included in the rate, but we ended up getting charged for a specific item on the menu, which was apparently outside of the "included breakfast". No mention of that was made on the menu itself, and nor did the server inform us of the same. A petty and sly move on the hotel's part.

We stayed one night inn this room while we waited for our terrace suite to become available. It’s a lovely old colonial building, lots of charm. The room was comfortable and quiet with a lovely big bathroom, the sink separate from the wc and shower, with a handheld shower head. It’s right in the heart of the historic centre so walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Lots of stairs. Limited English spoken by staff.

Airy, very clean, absolutely great location, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast.

Extremely clean. Great location

TV was located far away from 1 of the beds

Great location for wandering the city, large comfortable rooms and the staff was very helpful. There were plenty of seating areas to gather with friends, and the breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit. If you can’t climb stairs request a room on the first floor, but overall a lovely hotel.

Not sound proof. Can hear anything people say on the street. Also breakfast can take 1 hour to prepare.
