The staff is kind and helpful. The restaurant has good options. The bed is not comfy. The parking lot is a bit small.

Stayed in the past on the roadside, with nicer rooms and great view Fortin did not disclose, when you select a basic double room ( approx. Few hundred pesos less) that the rooms are located on the back Northside of the hotel with dated rooms with no view, the area was having a cold Jan. Week ,less that 10 degrees at night, the hotel was very cold and the heat feature on the AC /heater was not operational. Manager claims that there is no heaters and not helpful..being an epat Canadian escaping the cold, I was not impressed for a approx. $100usd stay. 4 star hotel...bahhhh 2 star area..Just beware folks

Clean, comfortable, and a good location, uphill from city center, so easy walk to City Center. Only one comfortable chair in a room w 2 beds. Hotel.staff was not friendly. We stayed a week and were not greeted by the front desk staff. We checked out early and walked out to catch our taxi and the gate was locked. How did he expect us to walk out ????

Good location just out of center and easy access. Spacious room, incredible view of the city! Bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good, staff were always smily and willing to help. Was clean and well equipped. Gym is small with limited options, don’t expect much.

Close to the centrum, very nice hotel, and nice view in the room of the city. Everything was okay.
