Esperaba contar con una gran vista pero una de las habitaciones no lo tenía. La próxima vez solicitaré ambas habitaciones con una gran vista.

Great view from the terrace Room was supposed to have a view. Was given one above the entrance, view of parking lot, at 4 am a bus arrived and had the engine running for 15 minutes.

The hotel had a stunning view of the city below and was relatively quiet as it was located outside of the city. The pool was very fun, but quite cold! Even on a hot day, we could only stay in a short time. Yes, the hotel is old/older, but it has its charms. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the room was large. Bathtub was nice and big. The beds are very uncomfortable and you do need to arrange to get a taxi to go into town each time. Sometimes the wait for a cab can be a bit long, so if you're in a rush it could be inconvenient. Could use more toiletries in the shower/bath

The hot water and free transportation to the centro No elevator Very small seems like a motel vs a hotel

the view and quiet ambience a bit old
-
the location with a great view. the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. the furniture and decoration is quite old. it need a good renovation specially in the bathroom. however everything works

The view from the hotel is really nice and the beds and room were very comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit dated the beds felt new. It's far from town which is a plus and a minus. It was kind of a pain to go get dinner, but you get used to the walk. The traffic noise was also loud, but we got used to it. You can't sleep with the windows open because of the sound of semis.

As a non-Spanish speaker and first time international traveler EVERYONE was so kind! I felt welcome and safe the whole time. The mattresses were a little hard, but that may just be a preference thing.

Clean rooms. Good view from the front, although traffic was lous. Back side has quiet rooms but limited view

Price and location Noisy neighbors and room

I like the quietness of the place. I didn’t like the room, it had a bad smell, it was old, there was an old air conditioner that didn’t work. The food was very expensive and not worth it. Overall I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is used frequently for big events, which is great, however our first few nights there were a few buses of kids for a sporting event. The kids were slamming doors and quite loud late into the night. The hotel didn't do anything about the noise and refused to do anything to make up for it the next day. We had just asked for 2 drink vouchers since we still had 5 nights at the hotel following which they told us wasn't possible. We like hotel victoria's location and staff, and have stayed their 4-5 times in the past, but will probably look elsewhere in the future following this trip.

Everything was excellent .. awesome breakfast buffet ?

day in the city or seeing sights outside the city. It was an easy walk into the centro area and about a $5 taxi ride back to the property. We liked everything, especially ending our day at the bar and watching the city lights come alive at night, but if you’re looking for a modern, up-to-date hotel room, this is not your place. The rooms, however, are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We loved having a balcony so we could sit outside our room with our coffee in the morning.
