the room was small. it was facing an inner court with a roof abve it so there was no natural at all. you coudnt rell if it is night or day. there was a lot of noise from the guests on other rooms

The location is perfect, right by the main Zocalo. It's not directly in front which allows you to avoid all the noise. The room is small but cozy and the hot water is great. There is a mini-market next door and an Oxxo on the other side. The internet was really bad, only a 2 mbp upload speed! I had a scheduled video call for work I had to cancel because the internet signal was too weak :( The window panels were missing in the bathroom and it opened up to a hallway. I could hear all the conversations from the cleaning staff and they could probably hear me as well. The bed was too hard.

Close to main plaza Rooms are super small and I I asked for a queen bed and I got a double bed

I didn't like the fact that the sheets and covers were not clean, a lot of mold in the bathroom.

Very bad value for money. The staff is rather annoying, there is loud noise all night long in the room which comes from a supposedly broken engine of the hotel itself. Only good thing of this hotel is the location.

Great location terrible service really dirty place bed super uncomfortable no hot water they don't care if people are sleeping they make lots of noises on rebuilding the place price ok but not for what you get I don't recommend really

Location and staff. Could hear absolutely everything from outside the room

Location. Right next to the main square. It's a good choice if you are happy to use it like a bedroom only. It can be noisy. And there are rooms which have no ventilation to the outside, so we found that lobbies and hallways were quite cooler than the inside of the rooms.
