Great location to the Centro. Delicious breakfast at the restaurant. The beds weren’t the most comfortable.

the place was under construction, they were updating a lot of rooms and sadly we were near the noisier part, although noise stopped by 6 pm, children were tired and needed nap and couldn't because of the noise, even being in the room gave everyone a headache.

Initially we felt like it was too central and noisy, but simply listening to the dancing and nightlife from our room was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The location is very central and walkable to every point of interest in the city. Banks, food, shopping, art galleries, excellent cafes … it’s got everything! The staff are so kind, helpful and accommodating too. There is a restaurant downstairs, laundry services, travel services, massages … anything you need the staff will help you with. I cannot say enough things about every single person who works there. They are all very special and patient! We really loved everything about our stay :) If we had to dislike one thing about the property, it’s the beds. They are comfortable enough, albeit a bit hard.
