High recommended, nice person in the hotel attending. Breakfast really good. Location it was perfect just the teacher that are camping around doesn’t allow to enjoy the downtown

The cleaning staff was phenomenal, changed the sheets daily, new towels daily, the common area was clean. The shower knobs were incredibly wobbly, which made the water shift from scorching hot to freezing cold. We informed to the front desk about this and they said they would send someone to fix it. They never followed up so we had to go speak to them again in order to find out that they wouldn’t be able to fix it. We were told that all the rooms had the same issue, however, during an excursion, we spoke to other people staying at the hotel and realized that was not the case. Our stay was five days and we dealt with this for four until they finally allowed us to switch rooms. The hot water also was not working for a portion of the stay, but that was due to the electricity and their boiler messing up due to the rain. The lady who sells the excursions beside the front desk also makes a lot of fake claims and once you book the excursions with her is the last time you see her. During the excursions sold at the hotel be expected to be asked for money multiple times by the drivers for the toll booths and as a donation for the small towns you go through, this is never mentioned by the lady selling the tickets, Carmen.

The staff were professional and kind. The continental breakfast was delicious. We got two bottles of water for free and clean towels every day, and the location was perfect for us. There were a few minor dislikes but nothing that would deter us ftom returning.. We had a leaky toilet and there was at times excessive noise above our room which was the rooftop.

Bed was short for a king. I'm 6' tall and my feel were over the end

Breakfast was lovely, different choices everyday. It seems we got the gringo menu. Location was superb. There were two panes of glass, reducing the noise from the street. The room was large and the foam mattresses were firm, in a good way. The AC worked well. Receptionist during the day was so helpful. Even if we ordered jugo in spanish, "jamaica" we got naranja. "chilaquiles con jamon" came out as huevos. Even while concurrently pointing to each item on the menu led to different dishes coming out.

Super clean, centrally-located hotel. Our son particularly loved the little kids play areas!

The staff were very helpful and genuine, you can tell they enjoy working together Breakfast was different everyday and fresh made to order location is right in the heart of town with easy access to attractions staff went above and beyond to help and make my trip to Oaxaca a memorable experience Beautiful internal courtyard The noise echoes a little at times, I think this would be everywhere as buildings are historical with hard surfaces which makes them beautiful. This didn't effect my sleep

The location is fabulous in the center of town. We stayed on the second floor with a garden view which ment that we didn’t hear any of the street noise. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the breakfasts that were included in the price were generous, delicious and changed daily. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing is there was no refrigerator in my room which I didn’t mind during my stay.

A cold front arrived during our stay and at night, the rooms were very cold. No heating is available but blankets were supplied. I reserved 2 rooms, 1 for myself and one for my parents. My parents requested assistance with the TV in their room and told me the young gentleman at the front were rude and iniially not very helpful. Someone else stepped in and told the gentleman to go to the room to assist them. (I was not present and this is based on my parent's experience).
