The room doors do not lock even when the bolt lock shuts you can just push them open from the outside. The hotel entrance stays open 24/7 with nobody monitoring who's coming or going

The breakfast and the cocoa was amazing and made up for the room. The room was quite small and the bathroom was located out of the room and due to having rocks outside, you always needed to put on shoes, and if it was in the middle of the night, it was quite awkward.

Good location and value Their coffee bar/food set up was not open during my stay, i put a do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping still entered and moved my things around, i requested that a taxi be scheduled for the morning to take me to the airport and there was not one. I had to wake someone up to even get the front door unlocked to get out and a taxi called, making me late. Staff does not speak english.

Breakfast was good. Location was great The advertisement online doesn’t show the room that is actually the size of a closet! The sink is the size of a shoe box. Nowhere to hang at least ONE ITEM! I tried to upgrade but was not able because booking.com would not allow it. I cannot believe that you are comfortable with packing this room and locking it in not allowing an upgrade. I am absolutely disgusted with this experience. NEVER AGAIN!

Staff were friendly, fantastic location close to everything you need in town. It's in a friendly, safe neighbourhood and the room was quiet at night and mostly clean. The lighting in the room was strange and far too cool. There was a rather precarious spiral staircase and a really poorly designed bathroom that had too many steps and places to trip. There was no cell reception in the rooms and the WiFi was terrible. We saw a centipede in the room the first night and the toilet was occasionally inconsistent in its ability to flush.

Location is great! Staff is lovely and place feels very safe. It’s clean and the room was a good size The shower pressure was not great. The tap above the sink also didn’t have good pressure and was a bit far/awkward position.

Staff was very helpful and understandable. I knew my bathroom wasn't attached, but I didn't know it was outside sink. And also it was coner. It was next to stairs for upstairs. It was all outside. Shower and toilet were together with the lock. It seemed a little bit scary for me.

Centric location, friendly staff Bathroom is outside of room, walls between rooms are too thin so other guests can be heard, parking costs extra.

The only thing I didn’t liked is that our bathroom was separate from bedroom. However seems like other room had their bathroom in same room as the bed room.Besides that I recommend you to stay in here!

Had to ask for drinking water. Should just be provided. Toast at breakfast was very hard.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to use their phone to call a Mexican number and they provided me with water while working. Lugage can also be easily stored after check out.

The property is ok.. simple! The location is good You can hear everything from other rooms .. the room is super small too

Location central in old city. Most is clean. Room was just big enough to fit a queen size bed. One towel had a hole in it. Breakfast not much more than thinly sliced fruit. No credit cards accepted, but had a strange internet payment system. No service, only focused on getting money from guests.

Photos accurately depicted property. Festive decor for Dia de Los muertos. Quiet location within walking distance of TONS of city centre sights. Limited English resources available on property. Breakfast hours not posted; started at 8am (late for Saturday tours). WiFi didn’t work in room; only in lobby area.

The only good thing about this place is the location. It is heavily overpriced and nothing really works. You cant flush most of the toilets, soap and paper are not refiled even when asked for and the breakfast consits of a small amount of fruit that is not fresh. Im sure you can find much better hotels and more value for money at one of the other many hotels in the city

Shower was broken, no curtains so water was everywhere in the floor, some towel holders were broken, internet was bad.
