Is getting old , even the suites are simple and look like an economy facility

Location Bathrooms are super outdated.

The location was so lovely, the place was very comfortable. The parking was very small

Best location within Centro * Hotel is beautiful * Everyone who works there is super nice and helpful .. this was a real plus * Next door is a great restaurant for breakfast .. side door opens to the hotel Rooms are a little bare-bones (I'd love to help them decorate to make nicer)

Good basic accommodation. Room was basic, but clean. No air conditioning, which we knew when we booked, but room was comfortable with ceiling fan and cool Oaxaca nights. No suggestions. Was as expected.

Shower was a little wonky-- sprays in my face

Did not have breakfast Internet a bit weak

Best Location In Centro * Close to where you want to be in Centro * quiet street without much traffic * and a pretty part of the street. The main areas in the hotel are very attractive * Felt completely safe * Super nice staff * Super comfy beds * Great restaurant almost within the hotel at the front .. with great breakfasts and super nice owner * The rooms are bare bones and a ltoo basic to enjoy. My room had a low ceiling which made it feel small. With just a few more decorations it would improve greatly. Pretty bedspreads for instance are nylon .. why not cotton? My room was at the back of an alcove filled with plants, which was nice. Some rooms on the lower level open to the parking lot .. I would really avoid those. Didn't see the upstairs rooms.

Good location. Parking. Clean We were given a room on the ground floor near the lobby and in front of parking although other rooms were not yet occupied. Reception would not change. We were able to change the second night.

The shower was not very good. A shower head that was lower and adjustable would have made showering better.

Comfortable hotel

It would be helpful if this and all hotels provide "face cloths" as part of their towel provisions.

everything was fantastic! Central, walked everywhere, such a clean property , friendly helpful staff. YES they do take credit cards ( as we had read they don’t) Room cleaned daily , leave tip for hard working cleaner :) There was even hot water , water dispenser, instant coffee/tea in lobby . We did not try restaurant attached to lobby , but was fairly busy. So many coffee shops close by as well Perhaps walls but thin (?) Maybe coffee maker in room would have been nice ( but that’s more an North American thing )

Great location, friendly staff VERY little water pressure in shower, Not a single tissue in the room

I liked the location, the comfortable med and the free coffee in the morning and the value No outside window
