Excellent staff!!! Nothing. Everything was great !!

Large rooms, great staff, decent location, wonderful breakfast Felt a bit overpriced

Attention to detail. Stellar service right down to the turn down service at night. Complementary car service was lovely, including pickup and drop off at the airport. Nothing.

The location was in an excellent location but what I'll say was more amazing was the customer service at this location, WOW!!! I can't say that anything was bad at this boutique hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff — especially Jasmin and Nestor. Nicely appointed rooms, always very clean. The mattress, bed linens and pillows were of great quality, a nice robe also. I had room #1 located at the back of the hotel on the first floor and it was very quiet, no street noise, very little lobby noise. Breakfast was good, it could be taken in room or on the roof top terrace. The driver/car service was an unexpected bonus. Not a dislike — but a comment for improvement. Although the food was very good, getting the correct order for food was a challenge. I asked in English, pointed to the menu item when in person, and even texted my order in Spanish to the front desk and it was never correct. My order was either missing something, received something I did not order, and even one time completely wrong (enchiladas when I ordered tacos). I only mentioned it once as it generally seemed an unnecessary hassle to correct and the given food was sufficient. Maybe a paper menu that one could check the desired items would be helpful?

The shower was awesome! Nice view from the rooftop. Staff played very loud music early in the morning. Written description about the aesthetic is over rated. Just ok.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a great shower. Loud music by staff; dark rooms could use more light, average food, tv viewing options poor unless you had a personal subscription; no live tv.

Superb staff- helpful, friendly and outgoing to make our stay special in every way- offers, Suggestions, coordinating drivers, tours, excursions etc. Always available with a smile to support! Rooms are modern, well appointed, perfectly clean and newly furnished and the hotel is in a perfect location just blocks from all the sites and wonderful Oaxacan restaurants.

The hotel staff is very attentive and genteel. Most do not speak English clearly, but make an effort to please. It’s close to some good restaurants and easy to walk into Centro. Breakfast is generous but coffee is not very good. They have drivers available when needed. If you plan to use Nespresso machines in room, bring your own capsules. They are rather stingy and don’t carry enough.

me and my friend had a great time and the hotel was wonderful : the location was super central and the saff went out of their way to be helpful. The interior aesthetic was stunning the drilling and banging started before 7am and continued for hours : we discovered this was from the property next door but it went on for the time we were there : they did offer to move us but as only there for another day and had unpacked decided to bear with it The staff were very apologetic and there was nothing they could do: to be honest I was up anyway, but if this was a romantic break or if you like a long-lie then may want to check with the staff that the work has been completed

Lovely staff welcomed us, made us feel at home. Rooms are well appointed but definitely small.
