Great location. Staff was very helpful. Water fill ups available and carafes in the rooms. Room was big and clean. The beds were a little stiff. Maybe could have used a fan but we didn't ask if they had one.

Staff were all extremely helpful and great customers service. My mother and I needed help with transportation and guidance around town and they excelled our needs. This will be my go to spot when I visit again.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff knew very well the amenities in the surroundings. There is not parking at the hotel, nor the hotel have an agreements with any of the public parking around. Fortunately around the hotel there are plenty of places to park, if you are lucky you find one without the need to pay.

Staff were great. Our bus was delayed and a member of staff waited to 1.30 am for our arrival. Super comfortable bed and room.

Food was delicious and not too expensive in a nice setting. Exterior lights booming into our room at night. Closing curtains meant we couldn’t use outside air.

Location AAA! The TV is too low for your neck. Should be high in the wall.

The location was great for walking everywhere. It was very clean and quiet. One of the beds wasn’t as comfortable as the other and it had a rubber mattress cover that made a lot of noise.

The location The room was dark & cramped and the AC had only 2 settings: on & off. This made the room very cold in the night and because of the hot weather turning it off wasn’t an option. Front desk staff weren’t very friendly.

Casa Conzatti is a charming hotel just far enough from the centro to be quiet, but within easy walking distance of every important site in Oaxaca. You will still need transportation and/or a guide for the villages and the ruins. Some plans do not include breakfast, but there are alternatives just across the park.
