Great location Their bed was hard

The room was as described, with privacy and a private balcony. The security was great, with the service team locking the hotel doors at night for safety. I didn’t like how they took from our deposit for dirty sheets. That’s part of a hotel stay and should not be considered damage. Really ruined the experience.

very central location, just 8 minutes walk to Zocalo, clean and cost rooms, very friendly staff, 2 parking spaces just in front of hotel reseved for guests, they serve complimentary coffee and cookies in the morning. neighbor rooms are just close to each other, so you can hear almost everything. we had a family which had loud conversations outside the room at a table in the patio and we couldn't sleep because of the noise. but this is a general problem with people who don't care even being in hotels...

Lots of street noise,but we may have had the only 3-bed room and it was on the street. Others would probably be better.

Clean room, bed was firm but comfortable. Nice shower. Secure locked gate at entrance and 24 hour concierge.

The beds were big and comfortable and I really enjoyed the styling touches of the rooms. There were some renovations happening so I had to switch rooms due to electrical concerns with the air conditioning. I also had a few mosquitos in the room.

It had AC and helpful staff. Very small room and small bed.

The room was smaller than expected and we felt a bit cramped. We saw into several other rooms during our stay while they were being cleaned and noticed there was a stark difference between all the rooms, so maybe I would confirm which room (and the size) I will be getting if I booked here again. The bed was not that comfortable, but again, many of the rooms were unique so perhaps others are more comfortable. For the price we paid, I was satisfied.
