We really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was tidy and well-presented, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a long day. The hotel also offers free parking and an elevator, which made access to the rooms convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Overall, the hotel had a nice, simple atmosphere that suited a short stay well. There was no fridge or air conditioning in the room, which made it quite uncomfortable and difficult to cool down, especially during the recent heatwave in Europe. The hotel was also quite noisy at night, as we could still hear people talking and running through the corridors after 10 pm, and the curtains also let in too much light, which made it harder to sleep. In addition, the location was further from the main city centre than expected, taking around an hour to reach the city. We were also unable to use the trains during our stay due to maintenance works on the rail lines, which we only found out about at the bus stop when a local German woman informed us. This made it even more difficult and inconvenient to get into the city, and more help or guidance from the hotel would have been appreciated.

I really enjoyed the overall facility. It was the first hotel I stayed at during my study abroad experience, and one of the best. The hotel was very well put together and organized. I had no issue at all. I stayed for Oktoberfest and all, although we are outside of Munich, it was still in a convenient location to get to and from downtown Munich. The price was a little expensive but understandable for the weekend of Oktoberfest. You get what you pay for in a way.

Excellent and kind staff, excellent and quiet location, only 15-20 minutes by public direct S(U)-bahn to the history center of Munich, clean, green and beautiful- just as befits Bavaria.

I only like the location because it was close to the places i would go The room was not warm and there was no heater.The room was not cleaned evry day ,I stayed 4 nights and no onr cleaned it.

we were staying in one of the apartments and thus had more space than usual. There was a sofa and a small kitchenette within the place which made the stay much more convenient. Also, we do like the plethora of sport facilities to use, in particular the indoor pool one of the days they said the pool would be closed since there were almost no guests staying over which we found a bit disappointing. Other than that the refactory is very convenient to eat in although prices had gone up noticeably

Stayed for one night during Oktoberfest and really loved how close the property was to the S-Bahn. There were also lots of places to just hang out with friends, and the place seemed really laid back. While it may seem like an unusual place to stay compared to a typical hotel, check-in and out was super easy, and they allowed us to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Didn’t pre-book breakfast, but had breakfast in the morning and it was amazing for the price. Honestly wish we had of stayed another evening, just so we could of had the breakfast again! Beds were comfy and airflow in room was great. Property have a filtered water bottle fill station in the common area above reception area. No fridge in room (would be nice to have) and shower heads a little flimsy (friends staying also indicated same issue with shower head).

The bedroom was quite big ! Enough space in the bathroom, lots of space in the room and an access to the balcony. The bed was also very comfy and the room gave me some good atmosphere to relax, which I liked. Other than that, the building itself was nice and the sports installations are very good (I didn't use them, but could see them etc). Nothing that I could complain about.
