It was calm Outdated, overpriced

Clean. Comfortable. Easy self check-in.

The receptionist was very kind and patient ..

Very nice and tidy place.

Staff were very nice. It was great to be able to use the kitchen facilities and rent cookware. Location is in a shopping/industrial estate, which is fine as long as location is not important to you. It was around 10-15 minute walk to the train station, which is another 15 or so minutes to take you into Munich city centre.

It's a bit hard to find the entrance door, a bigger sign would be perfect

The staff were amazing, the check in and out were very easy. The room was very small, the cooking area was very small as well, renting the kitchen staff was annoying as well,

A big room with free parking. Towels & bed sheets are white clean. Cats are accepted with additional cost 8€/day. Near to McDonalds that opens till late. Train station Taufkirchen is near, it’s only 10-12 minutes walking ? The wall is very thin which can hear people talking, sneezing, walking, dragging chairs and more. The room is facing a building construction.

Don't like it i will never stay in your hotel in future
-
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind The room looked like something out of the 70s, it was more like a bleak room with no personality. I did not stay the full two days , I found another hotel more adequate to my standards

A lot of stairs, not good for the disabled.

The place had no kitchen space, no cups/plates or any utensils. It would get very hot quick with 3 of us in the room, so we opened the window to the sound of construction. This will probably be better when the construction is finished. It was annoying that we couldn't get a second key card, in case we all became separated.

Staff was friendly and were able to answer all our questions about Oktoberfest. They were also accommodating with adding an additional bed at a small cost.

Reception is not. open during nights . We had problem getting inside the hotel on midnight. Thankfully some guest from inside opened it for us.

Everything was clean, but very minimalistic. There are a lot of shops nearby. Online check-in makes it possible to arrive late. It was just a narrow room with beds, a wardrobe and a table. Very noisy in the morning. Not enough parking spaces. Online check-in a bit complicated, I wish we got an instruction.

Parking is a nightmare. First come, first serve about 5 or 6 parking spots for the hotel. Bads smell bad.
-
the hotel does not have lift so if you have laugage than you have you to manage it. Likewise, there are few parking spaces and you can not reserve it.

The price was cheap, one staff member (I guess the manager) was helpful and nice and tried to make our stay better The location wasn’t nice (it’s far from the city center which is fine, but what I didn’t like was the construction next door). I was given a wrong room on my first night (no kitchen) even though my booking clearly said there is a kitchenette, and the employee didn’t even admit their mistake, but luckily a different employee helped us the next morning and tried to make our stay better. However, the first impression was already bad. Furthermore, the room we were given the first night didn’t even feel safe as it was on the ground floor and going out right into the construction with some small fence in between, which didn’t feel safe at all as we had our windows open due to a heat wave. All this could be justified by the low price, but again, there are more central options with the same price if you are willing to skip the kitchen. It would be much better if nets were installed on the windows, they aren’t expensive but at least they would help with millions of moths and flies that fly in.

Parking was a little difficult if you arrived too late. Some of the other occupants would take two spaces causing me inconvenience since we would arrive later there wouldn't be much space left over.

Wifi was pathetic.
