Hotel DEMAS Unterhaching

No air conditioning

Just food (breakfast) was better there. The city is quite far from Demas, and the nearest train station is also located at a considerable distance, making transportation inconvenient. Regarding the hotel, the staff was not cooperative at all. The room only had an old, slow fan that was noisy and disruptive. There was no air conditioner in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel's Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and in my friend's room, it was not working at all. Overall, I am very disappointed with the services and the poor management of the hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

There is no AC in the room we have been.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Good parking under the hotel. Friendly staff. A choice of pillows would have been nice - pillow was just too soft and caused my neck to be stiff.

Hotel looks recently renovated. Great location, in a quiet town next to the Autobahn. Free parking outside and also in the underground garage. Nice clean and warm room. Heating works perfectly via adjustable radiators. Comfortable bed. Room 113 was super quiet. Lack of a refrigerator in the room

It looks a bit far from the center, but not far from the metro station. Good price for such a cosy hotel with sauna, fireplace, good restaurant and breakfast.

The hotel is nice, has free parking and very good breakfast. The staff was nice and gave all the necessary details. It was a good value for money. Tip: right next to it, there it Moe's Wanted - amazing durum :) It was a bit far from München city center

The hotel is very nice and so are the rooms. It's clean, quiet and spacious. They have free underground parking which was great. But my fave was the shower. Loved the pressure! After a walk in -5 degrees, the hot water was a dream! The room also has a coffee maker. Suggestion: a mini fridge in the room would be great! Suggestions: a mini fridge in the room would be great! Harder/fuller pillows.

Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was lots of hot water for showering. Secure place to park car. Staff were very helpful when I need a plaster. There where no tea & coffee making facilities. There where no soap & shampoo product to use. Parking the car was a bit awkward because of limited space.

Free parking, decoration, cleanliness. The hotel is beautiful, I only spend one night but I would love to return because the restaurant looked very good. Staff was so friendly! Really beautiful hotel.

Property was clean and room was nicely renovated. Close to the train station which was convenient. Hotel rooms are randomly placed and not easy to find. Elevators do not go to all floors had to access 2nd floor by using 1st floor and then going down long hallways and up a flight of stairs to find the room. It was hard to navigate as there were no room signs. Breakfast is expensive and not worth it ($25usd)The eggs were undercooked and runny. Milk for cereal was warm. Breakfast receptionist was rude. Asked for a room change as our entire group did not show up. Hotel was relatively empty. Staff did not accommodate us since we booked on a third party website. Charged us for two mornings worth of breakfast when we only ate once since we left to catch our flight before breakfast was served.

Very nice A bit out

Great location if coming by car. And the breakfast buffet was splendid. Would definitely recommend! Can't think of anything right now.

Went for a sports conference. Breakfast was excellent, staff was professional, you have everything you need for a short stay. About 40 minutes subway ride from the city center.
