NH München Unterhaching

Staff and facilities were very good and as expected. The room was big and very comfortable. Location is great since you are 5 minutes from the S-Bahn station and there are few restaurant walking distance. Of course you are not staying in the city, but the area is safe and with a nice park close by. Not a deal breaker and it was not a surprise , but I think it would be nice to have a bar on site, I missed getting there and chill somewhere in the hotel. They do have drinks in a fridge you can buy and they are ok with you getting delivery, but I think it would be a great touch.

Very good hotel!! Big rooms, ours had both bedroom and living room; nice bathroom with the bathtub. Everything was very clean; the breakfast is good. And great location, very convenient to walk to the stores and to the train station.

Great value for money if you want to spend a night outside of the city center. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, very close to the Munich Zoo. /

20-25 min with public transport till city center. Parking outdoor ( 9euro per day), also underground parking available. Friendly staff. Nice neighborhood: restaurants, supermarkets available in the area. The kids enjoyed the candy bar at the reception :)

We stayed with our kids, 6 and 9 years old. The room was really spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchen in case you like to have a bite in the room. S-Bahn is few minutes walk and you are in the center in less than 30min by train (which costs around 18 euro for an all-day family card). The staff was friendly and helpful. Kids loved the gummy bears in the hall! :) There is nothing we did not like. We stayed only for 1 night on the way to Italy. It would be convenient to have a cafe/restaurant in the hotel.

Check-in was easy, including changing the floor level. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It also came with a pleasant and quiet view of the neighborhood (literally out the window). I enjoyed being a part of the neighborhood. It is an easy and pleasant walk from the hotel to a grocery, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, and the train station. - each from two to five minutes walk with nice paths and walkways. Information continued to be an issue. In communicating prior to an anticipated earlier than normal arrival, we were invited to leave our bags and make use of the spa area, sauna and showers to refresh before going out. As luck would have it we arrived much later due to train connections and were able to check-in at regular hours. However, when I went to use the sauna I was 1) told I needed to ask reception to turn it on 2) was told that it was only available from 5 pm to 10 pm, 3) was told it was available with an hour notice and from 5-9pm, and 4) yes, we can turn it on in 30 minutes and there is a 5EU charge per person. On the website it clearly states that these services are available all day and no charge is mentioned at any time. Each item was addressed differently by different people. I also asked for linens to be changed out daily - we were hiking and in the cold so needed to clean up each morning and evening. We were supplied with one bath towel and one hand towel for two of us. Each day I ended up going to reception to request towels I could then take to the room and use as they were not ever replaced. Dirty linens were collected, but clean ones did not appear.

First off, the location is so convenient. It is walking distance to the train station and bus stop, with some restaurants nearby. The room was clean and well designed and had all the necessary amenities. Staff were pleasant and helpful. After our first night, the toilet got broken and unfortunately the maintenance person who could fix it wouldn’t be back for 3 more days. Thus, we were graciously offered a free room change for the inconvenience which we sincerely appreciated. All in all, it was great value for money, especially during Oktoberfest. We would stay here again. Nothing

the breakfast is very tasty would gladly stay again, as those family rooms are just perfect for our family with 2 kids no parking slot available during our stay, so we had to search for a street parking slot, though it always was available just around the corner the breakfast is very tasty though expensive

Unfortunately, showing signs of aging and some decline in quality of rooms, showers. But will go back again / give one more try.

Large comfortable room, with kitchenette and fridge, and a sofa for relaxing after work. Good breakfast. Near sban station. The cleanup wasn’t good. They just changed the bed sheets, but didn’t clean the rest. Used water glasses left in the kitchenette were not replaced, trash that I had was not taken, towels, just some were replaced. For the level of hotel, I was expecting more for the maintenance of the room.

Great location close to the S-Bahn. Nice area to walk around in Unterhaching. Breakfast is excellent, rooms are clean.

The rooms and surroundings were clean, and the staff were nice, friendly, and professional. The door locks did not work from inside the rooms. The cleaners opened the doors several times when we needed privacy. The entrance is not secured, so anyone can walk in without checking.
