The rooms were not clean, facilities outdated

I liked the staff and the location I did not like the cooking utensils

Може би грешката ни беше, че избрахме стая на партера, но си мислехме, че ще ни е по-удобно, т.к. бяхме с кучета по работа в Обзор-за състезание. Уви, стаята беше мръсна, имаше паяжини и мухъл. Липсваше легло, което донесоха на следващия ден. Цената наистина беше изключително ниска, но стаята не беше много удобна. Има бокс без мивка, миеш всичко в банята, а мръсният канал на тоалетната течеше, което не беше особено приятно като ходиш до тоалетна...сифоните също бяха запушени и едва се оттичаха. Беше и малко шумничко от другите гости.

It was a little cold and there was nothing for heating or cooling in our room which has double bed with sea view in the three bedroom apartment.

Clean and very on top of anything that we needed The water from the pool wasn't warm enough, because of the weather outside... :(

Excellent location of the hotel - both very central, but quiet, away from the noisy main streets. The view from the terrace was lovely. Aircons in both bedroom and main room (kitchen/living/dining room). There was free parking on site. We stayed at the start of August which is still peak season and the hotel was full, but we still could park the car. Parking spaces are such that cars block each other, but the lady at reception knows who is leaving when and she makes sure cars are moved around so you can leave whenever you need to. Decent facilities in the apartment. Can't comment on the pool as we never used it. Lack of any warmth, a smile or any welcoming attitude from the receptionist was off putting. There was a thick layer of dust in many places - top of the fridge (at eye level), top of the microwave, the bed's headrest. The bathroom had the biggest problems. The shower holder was broken so you had to hold the shower head with one hand any time. The drain of the bathroom sink was leaking, the plug was broken and didn't properly retract. They did fix the leak when we told them though not fully as it was still dripping a bit throughout our hole stay. The kitchen had just enough utensils, plates and glasses for one meal for 2 adults with 1 child, but it would have been nice to have a few extra plates, cutlery, etc. not just the bare minimum. Overall nice hotel, but could use some update from old Bulgarian tourism practices. Needs, nicer staff, higher standards of cleanliness and a more abundant kitchen utlities.

A little bit small rooms. Recommendation for replacing TVs.

Pretty good location There wasn't sea view. Apartment could be more clean, was hard to comunicate with the staff due to the language.

Great location. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Clean, well equipped apartment. Have stayed here several times in various apartments this one bed the best. Value for money. The toaster did not work properly and kept tripping the electric. Was told how to solve it when it happens, but the toaster should be replaced.
