Smilling and very helpful staff (they keep in touch with us for the check in and advice for breakfast options). Large apartment . Welcoming water bottle. Great view from the balcony (the sea is in the nearby) . We've walk around to the beach as the weather were lovely . Hoping to return with other ocassion. Just an advice .. to remove the bad smelling from the hall use a lemon cleaning substance.

The nice sea view and the location so close to the beach, so that we could listen to the waves. The food was varied and tasty. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very good. Free parking. Initially the Wi-Fi didn't connect to the internet. After bringing that to the reception' attention, the staff told us to change login from "Paraiso" to "Theopolis", because the router could get overloaded when many guests are logged in. We've noticed a strong sewage smell when sitting at the balcony. After closer inspection we noticed that the smell came from an open pipe located at the corner of the balcony (see picture). The free parking is somewhat limited, and the sunbeds and umbrellas can be busy both at the pool and the beach.

Amazing location, very green yard, big room with stuning view of the sea and a little garden. Not too clean, very old bathroom the shower drainage was almost not working and the door was dirty on the down inside. The was a spider web in the room between the armchair and the nightstand. Also on the hall way outside the room was a very bad smell of mold and something not plesant. I didn't like that there wasn't bottled water in the all inclusive, only at glass from the juice machine.

Impeccable room, daily cleaning, kind and helpful host, enough parking space. Restaurant or breakfast not available- somehow understandable as it was before May 1st mini holiday.

We stayed at Theopolis for 8 nights and we found the entire holiday extremly enjoyable, perfect for us. I will begin with the staff and hotel management. They were extremely kind and attentive, always trying to help us with any requests we made. The communication was stunning and we really appreciated. To us, out of the staff, Zhive in the lobby bar, with her delicious cocktails and Stanislava, the cleaning lady stand out. They were always with a smile on their face and Stanislava even spoke to us in Romanian. We absolutely felt at home thanks to her and the cleanliness was perfect, done every day. Regarding the food, we found it tasty and with enough options for anybody. The barbeque was great, we utterly enjoyed it. Plus, because the restaurant was sea side, enjoying the sea breeze was a very nice perk while dining. Another thing that we really loved were the free sun beds, as we went every single day to the beach. The free parking was great, as well. As a nice touch, the hotel also sent up to my room a bottle of sparkling wine and a card for my birthday. Overall, it was a stunning holiday for our group and we would gladly recommend this hotel for a lovely time in Obzor. We didn't find anything wrong.
