This a motel not a hotel, with guest rooms opening out to the sidewalk. I avoided the mini-elevator to get to the 2nd floor. But room was clean and breakfast was better than expected (waffles, etc.) so all in all a pleasant stay.

The staff showed excellent customer service. The breakfast was immaculate and the rooms were so clean. You could eat off the floor.

Booked a stay, upon talking to an evening concierge and the night manager to confirm our check in time, only to find our reservation cancelled and payment fully taken. I will go out of my way to never consider giving this hotel mine, or my company's business.

We did not feel safe. We have stayed at Baymonts before, but this one was tucked back in a neighbor that appeared to be not too safe.

Room was not ready upon arrival at 3:00pm, due to staffing shortage, which was no big deal, I had time to wait. Front desk did their best. Room was clean, however the a/c was barely keeping the room cool. Asked for a fan and was informed the 3 fans that they have were already in use in other rooms. Aside from the fan issue, and not being able to pay cash for bottled drinks or snacks, I would recommend this hotel.

We showed up 1 room was never cleaned. A total disaster. We changed our own bedding and bath.room had crap everywhere.booked 10 am.showed up at 5 pm.no compensation.all of ocala area was full.i expected a refund for the room seeing as we did their job
