Perfect location you can walk all around good restaurants and shops at downtown

This is a very clean hotel. Everything was just perfect, the location, the restaurant, the music outdoors, can't wish for a better stay!

Could use more parking

Check in and parking logistics were annoying. Didn’t realize you go UP the elevator for check-in. Then have to find and pay for parking…lug bags across street. Room was just okay. Smelled odd but overall decently clean. Conditioner in shower was completely out, but I didn’t realize until after I shampooed. Hair dryer cord was barely long enough to reach from plug to me when drying hair. Convenient to local restaurants which was nice. Noise from cars and trucks was terrible. Hotel provides earplugs - it’s truly that bad. Overall probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I had to.

located within walking distance to dining and entertainment parking is located off site internet and television out in room upon arrival, after going out returned to room coffee maker not functioning properly, air conditioner loud. (the room was supplied with ear plugs) mattress was worn and not enough pillows. not a 3 star accommodation, maybe a 2

Having the bar and restaurant on-site was awesome. Joe the Bartender was excellent. The terrace was a nice touch. AC in common areas was not cool. Room no issues.

We have stayed at the hotel 3 other times this past year, and it seems like the maintenance of the hotel is not up to par.

ear plugs on the bedside table must be a common problem!! If you want a good night or just to sleep trust me go somewhere else !!!! Btw the noise was mostly from the hotel bar With the occasional loud motorcycle The hotel put ear plugs in the rooms btw

I truly enjoyed my stay. Front Desk staff on check in and check out were great.Bartenders were EVERYTHING. I loved it. Ms Desiree worked so hard under tough conditions. Ivette was super helpful.

Location When I was checking in. There were two people at the counter and one lady in front of me being helped. By both staff. After about 10 min of standing there waiting to check into my room I asked if one of them could please check into in so I could get to my room for an important work related zoom call. She still told me to wait so I asked if there was a private room in the lobby area I could take my zoom call. She said no. I finally got checked in to my room and was 5 min late for the call no thanks to them. Poor service and they acted like they didn’t care or want to be there.

I hope that you don't require an air conditioner in Florida. The AC was useless and we were hot.

We loved the ease, cleanliness and location of this hotel. As soon as you enter the lobby to take the elevator up to check I. Or your room it smells amazing. The closet has a full length mirror drawers and an electric socket ! The bathroom is stocked with Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo, conditioner body and hand soap and lotion. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this hotel.
