Given wrong room number twice so key did not work and someone was already in room I was trying to access. So had to walk back down to front desk twice before getting into room. Fruit in breakfast bar was either previously frozen or not freshly cut. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well.

Staff was friendly and facilities very clean, well maintained. Lighting in parking lot was good and overall safe environment. Noise from I75 could still be heard in the room.

The motel was great, with clean rooms, a really nice front desk clerk and a great breakfast. Also 2 minute walk to Cracker Barrel for Supper. It was a great value and easy on and off the interstate. I would highly recommend it if you are in the area or just passing through, like we were. 10 out of 10

The soap dispenser in the shower for body wash was empty. Just esnure the staff checks this in the future. Other than that one issue everything else was fine.

The hotel was nice and clean, and staff was very helpful. The kids loved the pool. A few negatives were… gym completely closed due to renovation. I work out every day so I would have booked elsewhere had I known. We booked a room that was listed as sleeping 5. But no couch or pull out bed in the room so they charged me extra to bring up a rollaway bed. The 2 Queen beds were pretty uncomfortable. Tile grout was being cut out while there. What a mess and noisy. I understand upkeep must be done but close for a week, hire a big crew, and do all of your renovations.

Everything was great! My only “would like” is to have a bottle of water or 2 in the room. There were no vending machines and the store by check in counter charged over $5 per bottle of water.

Breakfast was fresh and a good variety to choose from. Coffee was good and hot. The location was perfect for the stopover to continue my travel plans. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom and shower were setup nice.

When booking this hotel thru booking.com, I somehow got routed to the Hampton Inn Ocala instead of Hampton Inn Ocala Belleview. We were traveling with a group of 28 friends and this was our last stop in a 6 day biking trip. The belleview hotel was chosen because it ess closest to the bike trail. On 4/17 when I realized I was booked in the wrong Hampton Inn, i contacted the Hampton ocala AND booking.com 24 hours before the reservation. Both booking and I contacted the hotel Ocala several times to explain the issue and ask for a no fee cancellation. Meanwhile, I rebooked my stay at the correct Hampton- belleview. Hampton Ocala responded to both of us several times that they would not cancel the reservation with no fees, even though I rebooked in another local Hampton and am a Hilton honors member. So I paid $200+ for a room i did not stay in. Very unhappy with this hotel management. Booking #6089475360
