Felt like they just did a refresh. Very well maintained. Had a great nights sleep. Annoyed by the thermostat. It wouldn’t go below 70. I could have called the front desk to ask for help but it wasn’t that big of a deal. I would stay there again.

Excellent! Area was clean, spacious, well maintained. The employee at the front desk went to the back to get me tea when everything was closed because it was after hours. That’a above and beyond to me.

Suites were very nice, clean, coffee and tea in the room. Dishes, cups, and cutlery as well. microwave and coffee maker also in room. Lots of towels. Pillows were very comfy. Pool side very nice with patio chairs and tables. Lots of free parking on site. Near Lots of amenities- restaurants, shopping, gas stations. 24/7 staffed front desk. Easy check-in and check-out.

Great location right off the I-75. Excellent room very clean and comfortable. The staff very respectful. The property is well maintained. I will definitely stay there again.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly. We had an issue with a broken toilet right after we checked in. Maintenance fixed the issue immediately. We appreciated the prompt attention to the broken toilet so we did not have to change rooms.

They moved me to the 3rd floor and my room was directly next door to the room they were actively doing construction on. All afternoon and into evening all we heard and felt was banging on the wall the bed was on with no headboard or footboad only a mattress on the wall. aaamattress o

Pool was broke ! Hot tub was broke too! Hotel was going through renovation! Would of booked a different hotel had i known this information before hand .

I’m not a big breakfast fan but what was offered looked pleasing. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The first room we were in had an odor, I think from a dog. We ask to switch rooms and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating. Need to put a microwave in the breakfast area so that guest can watt things up like the danish, it was very cold.

The staff were very courteous. Especially the breakfast lady and people at the front desk. However, the park area was very dark. Possible safety concerns. Part of the reason I booked the reservation was that it had a fireplace. I found out after we arrived that the hotel was being renovated and all fireplaces were not useable. The room door occasionally did not work properly. The hot water was not working properly.

everything was nice. my only complaint is i am in a wheelchair, we had a handicap room, it needs to have a walk in shower not a tub
