Beach Walk

The hotel was in a good location. There was soft spots on the second story balcony floor... we had 2 TVS, one had no remote. The other one had a remote, but it did not work and the wall socket plugs did not have covers on them. The Venetian blind that covered the bedroom window was to small for the window there was a 4 inch gap on each side of it So people can see right in the window and the toilet seat was oval, but the toilet was round. Other than that, everything else at the hotel was nice, including the staff they were great. If the owner would just put a little extra money into this place It could be really nice.

This is my fifth visit over the years; the location, beach, boardwalk and everything says it all.

Parking was easy if they had spots.

I am not sure where to start. Its more like a room in a house and its very dates. There was how ever a small refrigerator in the room. The beds and pillows are not the Hilton. But you get what you pay for. The parking is very very tight and can be challenging to squeeze into. The staff are very helpful and they did change out towels and trash.

The property needs some TLC. And the beds we're re-made with the same sheets. Sheets we're dirty with spots on them. Im glad I brought my own blankets and

I love the location The building is not being maintained. First thing I noticed was the porch carpet was torn and nails were sticking up from the floor. In prior years that I stayed here this property was maintained so needless to say I was surprised. The carpet in the room was filthy, there was a stain on the comforter, the a/c unit was impossible to adjust and the electrical outlet for the a/c was dangling from the wall, the handle was missing on the refrigerator,

Location was ok. No desk staff, not enough towels, quarter roll of toilet paper no extra given, house keeping only came 1 time in 4 days, only emptied trash and replaced the only 2 towels. No tv channels for kids. Beds uncomfortable, room felt damp.

An older hotel but very convenient located.

How close it was to the boardwalk. Hard to get a hold of the staff. Room was not what we booked. And they didn't have any other rooms available. And said would give us a discount for room because was not what is listed on site. But never did.

The cleansingness. The support when staff was there and how close it was to the ocean and boardwalk. The parking was a little bit too far for my sister to walk.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fresh towels daily. The location is great for being right next to the beach/boardwalk. The mattresses were very comfortable. Our room came with fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. They have coffee available in check in area every morning! Photos were a little misleading about the rooms, uses general photos that might not be the room you get. There is no private balcony, it’s a shared space. You hear EVERYTHING, many slamming doors all hours of the night and garbage pick up right outside the window around 4:30am daily. Depending on the room you get, there are a few flights of stairs. Upon arrival bathroom smelled of urine, cleaned it myself as they had left cleaning supplies in the room. Price point is a little steep for what you’re getting.

The front desk receptionist was very helpful. The shower made a loud ringing sound only complaint. Perfect spot by the beach.
