Loved the hotel is right on the boardwalk. The food was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very well kept and clean. The fact that the hotel is a pet friendly hotel and did not smell of pets is 5 stars for me.

Anita was extremely attentive and helpful for the entirety of our trip. Check in and out was easy, the room was nice, the facilities were clean, staff was all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was just about great with having all the basic needs. The big downside that we took away from this whole trip on the 4th was how small the room was. We stayed here around 4 years ago and didn’t remember the room being that small. You can barely move around especially on the side of one bed closest to the room door. The room is big enough for 2 people 3 at most. The pictures seem pretty deceiving about the room size.

The location was great and the direct boardwalk access was very convenient. It was also nice to have free, convenient parking. Staff were helpful, friendly, and communicative. The room was clean. This is very much a beach hotel with limited amenities. The room was very small and cramped, and we had the unfortunate luck of getting one that faced the area where the employees of the restaurant next door smoked and took their breaks, which means that it was very loud late into the night and often smelled like smoke.

The location is perfect—close enough to all the restaurants and attractions, while still being convenient and relaxing. We especially loved being able to watch the sunset and sunrise right from our room without having to leave the hotel. Most importantly, it was clean, which is especially important when traveling with a baby. When you’re traveling with a little one, cleanliness, comfort, and safety become your top priority, and this hotel definitely delivered. 10/10 would recommend if you’re considering staying here. We would absolutely come back!

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The room was clean. The only issue is that the pool/hot tub area needs updating.

We had a perfect view of the ocean and our room was directly over the restaurant. They also have a covered garage with free parking.

The hotel was nice, access to the beach was right across the way. The last day there we found there was a spigot and a shower on the ground floor in the pool area which would of been nice for washing sand off, If Atleast the hose was outside that would of been a huge help

Overall, our day was good however, a few things that could use some attention are the parking garage. It’s a little bit of a pain to not be able to walk out of your hotel and just get into your car. You have to go across the way and find a spot to park you may be up on the fifth floor and there’s no elevators. Also there’s no breakfast included which I get. It’s on the boardwalk, but you should at least have like a voucher for daily breakfast or something with the price you’re paying to stay here.

The walls were peeling; the bathroom was so small you could barely close the door while seated on toilet. My great granddaughter kept repeating why is this bathroom so small. It was extremely too small for a room that accommodates four people. The room was on the second floor which was above a roof that had bird poop all over the roof so that was our view before the ocean. The balcony was dirty and so were the seats on the balcony. I think I should get a partial refund. The hotel did give us a restaurant voucher that paid for breakfast on our last day but that room needs to be renovated asap!
