Safari Hotel Boardwalk

If you need a place to stay near the beach but don’t want to spend money on anything crazy this is where you go, Staff is great and helpful even upgraded me an hour check out which was great and also parking is included which is awesome ! So I would definitely recommend this place 100% right in front of the boardwalk and beach !

This was the first time staying at this hotel and we would definitely stay there again. The owner and his wife are so friendly along with their staff. Great access to the beach, room was very clean, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching people on the boardwalk.

It was clean.. but the advertising of this place is not at all what youd expect.. forget about that black n white countertop and space.. its 2 fullsize beds in a 14'×16' room, 1 mini fridge, tiny 700watt microwave, 6' dresser with 4 drawers, small circular table with 2 chairs and 2 wooden chairs, end table w/ lamp between the 2 beds, a 28-30" tv with Direct TV, air conditioner works great, bathroom consists of a tub, sink, and toilet.. if you bring a dog with you thats $75/night as well.. for around $2400 for a week, this place is not worth that.. False advertising .. that blue building in the 46 or whatever pics on here is part of the establishment.. please do not be fooled by this place.. its not what you think when you get there.. im very disappointed.. yes its clean, yes the owner is a great guy in person, yes they help you if you need anything.. but those pictures on this are deceiving.. its not worth the price.. i saved for this for a year and expected to see whats in these pictures.. Just be aware.. sorry i had to do this, but the establishment should show the real rooms in full.. or charge less..i wish i took pics of the room, but didnt.. all above

This property is at an excellent location to the water. I would consider this a simple hotel that gives you what you want most and no extras. Such as, a community balcony to watch the sunrise, coffee, a very comfortable bed and hotel parking. You will have an average bathroom and shower that does the job, basic amenities throughout. its fine and simple and i would stay here again.

If you’re just staying a night or two it’s a good spot, right on the boardwalk, the staff was nice and check in was easy. That being said, our room was extremely damp and musty and it stunk bad, all of our clothing and belongings smell like an old basement now, the shower and toilet are extremely small, and the sink was leaking. The advertised balcony is A COMMON area. Still nice but I paid a lil extra thinking it was private. For almost 400 a night I’m a little disappointed. But it did the job for 2 nights.

Location was great Staff was very friendly and nice. Elevator was very scary. Hotel was dated and old. Room was very small, carpet needed replacing, walls had peeling/cracked paint, celling had water stains, toilet did not flush well, bathtub filled with water when taking a shower. No hair dryer or amenities except shampoo.
