The place was very clean and well maintained for an older building. Even though it is located downtown, it was quiet and cozy. The owner and staff were very friendly. The location was close to the boardwalk, beach, and many restaurants.

Sheets were disgustingly stained.

The area was perfect access to variety of foods beach shopping, i didn't have to use my vehicle much. The Air Show was an extra treat!!!! Staff was friendly, pleasant to approach Jonh was very friendly his spirit was calm and caring Closet in the room or area to hang clothes, jackets

This Awesome place and feel like home environment very pleasant and calm and main thing it is close to all things at ocean city beach, parks, boardwalk and restaurants and everything it is very close to all shopping activities. Everything is good

The King Charles Hotel is cute and quaint. We loved that it was only a block from the beach and plan to stay there again in the future. We highly recommend! The staff is accomdating and friendly. The owner is also very friendly! If there had been a spot to hang towels/swim suits to dry, that would have been nice.

Very clean room and friendly and accommodating staff. We loved the fresh homemade cookies the owner baked for the guests at night! Onsite parking was a huge plus. The hotel was very close to the beach and to several restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again. Bed was pretty firm.

There was a strict no smoking rule which was delightful. Fresh coffee provided throughout the day with the most delicious home baked delights daily. The parking onsite was accessoble and the proximity to beach access was so quick and easy.

Great value compared to nearby places, everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, clean, free coffee, daily housekeeping if needed, ice cold AIR!!! The walk to the fest was slightly longer than anticipated, not terrible though

I liked everything. The property was as advertised. Very friendly and responsive staff, very clean rooms, great location, It met and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay there again!
