Was very dirty there was dust on Fridge and coffee stains on counters, our room tv wasn’t working.

great location. beach access is amazing. love that it has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool with a hot tub. The rooms are pretty spacious. The hotel has a convenience store that sells Star bucks and misc. items. There is a restaurant on the grounds but I didn't try. This hotel is located around 33rd street and there is a jolly rogers amusement park that is walkable but there is another one that is more down on 1st street near another amusement trimpers which as more rides catered to older kids. There are a few mini golf places that are walkable from hotel and a go kart place that is called speedways which is great to try as well. The hotel provides discounts if you purchase through them. Quite a few fast place food that are close by like Burger King, Mc Donald's & Papa Johns and other sandwich or Italian restaurants that are close by. You need to bring a towel to the beach but if you could I would recommend to pack chairs and umbrellas they cost for an umbrella rental is $30 plus a $5 deposit and chairs I think were around $20 but I didn't rent that. Boogie boards were $12 a day. I didn't have to pay for parking if I want to drive further down to the activities I usually parked between 6 & 8 as you get further down it was more difficult to get parking. I would recommend to stay here.

Room was not very clean. The outlets were sticky and the bathroom light switch did not work. the TV mount kept swinging the tv out and it made it a hassle to get through the room.

Our stay was incredible. The room/view was amazing. What I thought was odd, was the lack of drawer space but, it wasn’t a big deal. The restaurant had fantastic food, prompt, hot and yummy. This is a great place to stay. I would like to mention a very loud rattling noise I think from our A/C. This sound occurred every few minutes, all day and night. Other than that, we are already talking about our next trip. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

Very nice hotel close to good shopping and restaurants.

Room was clean. Liked having a full kitchenette. Beach view was great. Enjoyed the pool bar and the area that had corn hole, fire pit, picnic tables, and hammocks.

Good location. We had a room with the wrap around balcony with a great view of the beach. Nice staff. Nice common areas. The room was clean and spacious. The doors and hinges within the room (bathroom) do show some wear and tear. The 3 pools allow one to choose a pool that is less crowded. However, the limited availability of pool towels was an issue. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great spot on the beach. One of the best things was the room had two bathrooms! Traveling with kids this was huge. Staff very nice. And the location on the beach was perfect. I would stay there again. It is away from the boardwalk area but that was a positive for us.

The breakfast in the atmosphere were very welcoming. Ocean view is a plus.

Great location close to the beach & boardwalk. Hotel & room were clean. The bathroom was nice. Staff was very nice, they spoke to us everytime we came in the lobby. They came in everyday and made the beds & changed the trash. They had doors on every level that you could come in from the parking garage. They have 2 outdoor pools & one indoor pool with a hottub. They have Starbucks coffee on-site and the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich from the Marlin Moon restaurant on the 2nd floor was really good. I could see the beach and hear the waves from my balcony. I would definitely stay again. Room was smaller then I thought, they need more storage, bigger trashcans, and more hooks or something to hang stuff on. The charging ports weren't working very well. The balcony door was hard to open. The pools only go to 3-4 feet, wish they were deeper but overall, I can't complain.

We found our new favorite hotel in OCMD. We’ve stayed in many- including the more expensive Hilton right beside this hotel- and I argue that Double Tree is much nicer even though it is smaller. The room was impeccably clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location is perfect, the 3 pools were all great, and my kids and I LOVED the cookies.

The most that I like is the restaurant inside the hotel Not clean. The whole hotel smelled like Mold

No Wi-Fi and the cleanliness of the first room. After the waiting until the next day for a new room, we found that there were bugs (roaches) in that room. So we spent the rest of our stay killing bugs. So they decided to give us free parking for our inconvenience.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve ever slept on. The property had a lot of nice amenities like fire each evening and plenty of places to sit outside and three nice pools. The location was excellent – extremely easy to get down to the beach quickly. It was a little expensive, but apart from that, I loved it
