The BW section of the property was much nicer than Sea Bay, but for the price during a busy week, the property was good. The beds were adequate but old and far from the standard of a budget hotel. The staff was outstanding.

The hotel staff was good. The premises was clean. However the bed needs to be changed. A more comfortable bed would be better.

Property is 2 separate buildings and hotels so parking is a nightmare and so is egress. 2 pools were sparkling clean and room was spacious and clean. Tissues should be in rooms ( get rid of the ironing boards people) and makeup remover packets are great!

The front desk was helpful and pleasant! Loved the room we got. Had an issue with the tv and they had it fixed by the time we got back to the room!

I liked that the rooms had carpet, the pool was nice, room was spacious with a microwave and mini fridge and small table. Check in was at different property across the parking lot. Had to call that other hotel (best western) I believe to ask for clean towels, but they sent someone right up to my room to take the dirty towels and give me new towels.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The mattresses! They are like sleeping on a hard concrete floor. Would have been perfect had they been more comfortable!

Cleanliness needs to be improved. There was women's deodorant and dirty panties behind dresser that looks like it keeps getting missed. Only 1 elevator so it takes a while. Bathroom sink faucet was corroded and leaking. But ya get what ya pay for right. 😂

Had to ask to have my room cleaned and bed made. Was done one time during my 4 night stay. Did not know if that is the norm, but would have been helpful to have known in advance.

Where do I begin I don’t understand why hotels don’t have people working anymore came in to the hotel at 9pm and no one was there had a sign to go a mile away to check in at another spot and then come back that’s so lame to do beds where hard as rocks pillows where small and cheap water got shut off for one hr in the morning when I was leaving you guys are scammers
