It was nice, very easy to reach boardwalk and other locations. Bus stop right behind us and some bars. Nice owner! Smallll showers. Im 5’8 180 and barely fit hahahaha.

Close to Boardwalk and fairly inexpensive compared to other options. Management/owner is super nice, check in easy and easy to find overflow parking which was just a quick walk. Could use some updating but in general a nice place to stay for a night or 2

Great location and quiet for how close it is to the boardwalk! Room and bathroom were clean and parking was available for pay nearby. Would stay again.

I can't say I liked it because I really wasn't happy of where I stayed but had to suck it up because I couldn't relocate in another place. I didn't like that the wi-fi wasn't working properly, I didn't like the room itself for the price paid and the space was very compact. The bathroom too small, bed uncomfortable there was no view and the sheets when arrived were stained. I have paid the same in another location and had more space, the wi-fi worked, had parking always by the building, the bathroom was spacious, had a small kitchen, dining area and a couch to sit and watch TV. I also had a beach view or a balcony. Not sure if I would ever go back to oc or to stay at the location.

Good location, comfy beds, TV worked, decent size bathroom. The room itself is too small. Microwave not being in the room was a bummer. Didnt leave enough toiletries for 3 people (let alone towels).

could not get over the smell in the building

Everything is too poor and low I didn’t like it.

If you don’t care about cleanliness or being able to have space to move around, then it’s fine. We had very low expectations walking into this place but it was pretty awful. $15 a day to park but the parking lot is blocks away if there is no space in the one out back you’re walking. Shower curtain hanging on by duck tape. One towel & wash rag. We brought our own sheets and blankets. Had to complain about the air conditioner but the front desk guy (possible owner?) replaced it within an hour- he was super nice and helpful. There is no WiFi & the tv is miniature size and didn’t work 90% of the time. If you’re looking for a quick semi cheap place to stay this will work just don’t expect to be wow-ed.

Closeness to the beach. The front office manager was awful. He almost didn’t let us stay because when I booked the stay months before I used my debit card but had since gotten a new debit card. He stated unless I could provide the old card with my name(which obviously I can’t) he wasn’t going to let me stay there. My question is what does it matter who paid for it? If my mom had paid for the hotel for me as a gift I couldn’t stay there? It made no sense to me. I paid over $700 for the hotel and had my ID and the booking in my name that should have been enough. I was not impressed and I’m still not.
